Apparently nobody..

I guess people with Moon trine Neptune are idealists with a strong imagination and are probably quite artistic, or at least enjoy art.
I know this is so stereotypical but that's what comes to mind.

Sensitive, and maybe escapist.
I guess there's a risk of becoming a bit too unrealistic/unpractical and wanting to run away from everyday life/responsibility.

I had Neptune trine my Moon in a transit and it was really nice. I became less judgmental, I was able to accept people for who they were, I felt one with the universe, etc.

I have the aspect natally, and I wonder if it's attributed to my mood swings. It's really weird, I'll wake up and be sad all day for no reason, and then what do ya know? My parents will have gotten a call bringing some terrible news, like a death among friends or something. But I'm never able to recognize THAT'S the cause of my mood til it happens.

I do. I blame this aspect for my compassionate nature, if somebody asks me for help I have trouble saying no, even if there's nothing I can do I still feel really guilty.I also have a wild/vivid imagination. I can also relate to what hanna said about being sad or something and receiving terrible new later.

I have that natally. I know sweet- scorpion does too.
http://theastrologyplace.blogspot.com/2011/02/moon-trine-neptune.html?m=1

I do think I am very intuitive. I can generally just look at someone at work or something and be like "what's wrong?" because I can tell in a second that something is up. I don't know if most people are like that though. I do feel it can make people a little transparent to me which I thought might have had to do with my Scorpio rising. In general, I can be very good at seeing all sides of a situation and therefore not give biased advice. I am very empathetic and people sometimes will try to take advantage of this. However, I usually can tell they are trying to when they are and when they genuinely need help. I do not like being manipulated and my other placements will put a stop to it if is the case. I do get powerful hunches and have "called" things that happened just based on intuition and people will thing its crazy that I knew.

I have been told I have a discerning eye and that helps me with work. I know how things should be arranged to make it look as good as possible. This also makes me very picky. I draw and doodle a lot but I wouldn't consider myself an artist. I really don't know how much of this has to do with other placements either.

I have a tsquare which include my moon and I do believe this placement helps me.

I watched the comic skits about each sun sign and generally agreed about the Leo except didn't relate to Leo's not being able to get away from their egos enough to be spiritual. I am very spiritual so this placement could be why I don't fit that bill completely.

@Peach - I so envy Scorpio risings and moons! When there's not an overload of water or Scorpio in a chart, you have exceptional skills at reading people. I have Gemini ASC which I've read Scorpio and Gemini sense familiarity in each other, but I overthink it and usually when I ask "what's wrong?" people will say "Nothing." and I have to wait, then they'll divulge the problem. I suspect Scorpio ASC just have a better sense of timing.

Also, I HATE loud noises!!! Even as a baby I would hate fireworks, preferred to be at home in my room entertaining myself. I didn't know that was a Moon/Neptune aspect.

I have this aspect in a sextile (2 orb) and I have some of what you listed of both the positive and negative. I also have Moon trine Pluto which adds to this dynamic to some degree.

I am highly sensitive and feel things in my gut before they happen or in dreams. I do intuitive readings on donation for people and I'm sure these two aspects help me access my intuitive side.

Virgo Sun (8th)
Aquarius Moon (1st)
ASC Capricorn
Venus Leo (8th)
Sun square Neptune

I'm the proud owner of this aspect Moon trine Neptune. Through Neptune is Conj my Jupiter and Jupiter does not trine my moon.

All of what was said by previous posters is dead on and basically what I would say. I just hate being a broken record.

My moon in Cancer, along with my Venus in Pisces Square to Neptune/Jupiter also really vamps up my sensitivity.

Intuition is strong with me - My moon also has other interesting aspects to it too - The moon sextile BOTH Saturn and Pluto. In depth and stabilizing.

Yes, I do have the aspect in my natal chart (awesome memory Peach! ), and I highly agree with this statement. Moon trine Neptune plays out in quite a similar way for me also.

I find that I'm an empath - able to sense and even absorb another person's feelings for better or for worse. I'm emotionally highly sensitive to chaos and upset in a room and sometimes become tearful when people fight even if it has nothing to do with me. I can sense when someone is uncomfortable and I have great intuition. I am quite adept at reading people's feelings but sometimes my imagination can definitely get me carried away to over think it or blow things out or proportion with anxiety. I feel this aspect also shows my deeper, artistic side since Neptune trines my MC also, and my Chiron too. I feel my empathy allows me to heal and be healed but I'm working on limiting my psychic boundaries so people don't take advantage of it as much as they once did, and so I don't emotionally overreact.

I have Moon trine Neptune verrrrry close!

I will tell you that I have felt the weight of the world and as a young kid I have cried about all the suffering and it has really caused me problems when I was young.

I am now in my 40's and have managed it much better. I wasn't into astrology when I was young, so I didn't know what what was wrong with me! I am so empathic it's sick. I have major psychic moments. Also, I cannot STAND loud noises or loud, chaotic environments. I have young kids and let me tell you, it is difficult!! I love them but boy, when they go to school and I have quiet time, I am energized.

My Moon is in Pisces as well, in the 1st house, so it's very personal. Sun, Mercury and Venus aspects with Neptune could play a part in these major feelings.

Basically, I cannot stand to hear about any suffering. I do not watch the news nor do I read the newspaper. It is way too damaging to me. I am much happier not knowing the stupid local abuses (like animals especially). Any kind of suffering lingers in my mind for a long time, so I am not sure if this aspect is good unless you work hard to overcome it, like I have. It is a blessing and a curse...

I love a beautiful environment and I am quite good at interior decorating, creating a beautiful ambiance. I loovvvvve music and the right music transports me to another world...

I think trines are kind of subconscious. As in they're inborn whereas squares are evident personality traits. Am I making sense? Because I sense I'm borderline on not lol.

Also wanted to note it's interesting a lot of you who've posted (except for myself, peach and possibly another) have water moons or venus' as well! I have neither. I have a Taurus moon and Venus in Aries. I do feel responsible for everything even when it has nothing to do with me, but again I also have moon trine saturn too. I also have no idea when I'm being bombarded with someone else's energy until awhile afterwards - which is SO annoying. I can't tell when emotions are my own or someone else's.

Do any of you find you take more responsibility for things (unknowingly or until someone explains to you it's not yours to take) than other people?

Among other things - natal trines show us were have a natural talents wile squares and oppositions show us were we have a hard time... were we feel challenged. So yes - a chart full of trines can make you feel less challenged, more lazy... - i'd recommend a partner with squares equal to your trines - might bring some balance... ^^ - yet, i'm not sure if it works that way (a partner with equal square being what you need) - just logical deduction of the moment.

Well I assume the sextile is something you can consciously turn on or off, so I was wondering if..

people with the trine knew when they were picking up other people's garbage (and do ALL moon trine neptunes pick up other people's garbage energy?)

or if it just feels like you're in the same mood as someone else and you don't realize how you personally feel 'til later.

Does this aspect make people more agreeable?

I do attract heavy square people. I never thought it might be my lazy trines attracting them.

I am a sponge when it comes to picking up other people's energies. Generally, I know who it belongs to and what the emotion is. The why though, not so much most of the time. When it's a particulary intense feeling, you know the kind where you walk into the room and the knot in your stomach is very prominent, I have to tell myself it's not directed toward me because those times my first inclination is to wonder what I did that was so horrible and brace myself for the freak out. there's no worse feeling in the world than waiting for the other shoe to drop-know what I mean. Funny thing is, when I am confronted about something I usually didn't sense it coming.

I'm very empathetic and though I can distance myself from it, it doesn't mean I'm not taking it in, it's more like I'm putting it aside until I dump it into a creative endeavor, but if I hold it too long it comes out in other ways.

I think the signs involved in the aspect and their placements play a role in the level at which these type of things work for me. Pisces moon in the 12th, scorpio neptune in the 7th.
