I have an Aries stellium in the 11th house which is supposed to make me group oriented. I often times feel alone even though I make associations and friends pretty quickly. I'm trying to work on being more of a loner (as in not being active on FAcebook so much or texting so much) to retain some of the privacy I feel I've lost over the years. I actually only like certain numbers of groups. I don't like big crowd because then I feel average, and I don't like crowds of three unless I know them pretty well. I'd also say I'm a bit weird for an Aries which could be the 11H Aquarius flavor..Does 11th house serve any other purpose besides groups? IP: Logged |

I've never been a major Dolly Parton fan but for some reason I've always thought of her as a 'Leo' type of personality. One day I looked up her chart out of curiosity and was surprised to find out that she is a super Cap with a Capricorn stellium and Moon/Asc in Virgo. However her Capricorn stellium falls into her 5th house. Here's her chart. Of course her Asc is in early Virgo so if her birthtime is a bit off she could have a late Leo Asc. Her image is not very Capricornian at all. She comes across as more a flirty, playful cowgirl. Also, note her Moon/Asc conjunction and her 'enhanced femininity'... This part of her chart may explain why she felt the need to expand on the femininity of her image. Ha ha. IP: Logged |

It does, and H11 people, aside their service to the group, are highly individualistic. They are not part of the group, but ahead of it.

I have all my planets in the 6th except the Moon, Saturn, Neptune & Uranus.Uh.. I'm not sure how it manifests for me except that I am anxious when I have to work, get stressed out easily and I'm a hypocondriac. I don't take good care of myself which I think is related to the fact that some of these planets are afflicted (tensions, lessons to learn). I don't know what job I'd like to do yet and I can't even picture myself having a stable job... I don't like working and am pretty lazy (Venus conj Jupiter in 6th). However, I do think that I need to find something that really suits me and fulfills me on an emotional level. Otherwise I won't be happy in my life at all, cause I can't stand doing stuff that feels "empty", "boring" or "useless" to me. Sun / Mercury Venus / Jupiter Mars / Pluto and NN technically in the 6th.. phew. IP: Logged |

Do three planets in the same house and sign count as a stellium? Because Mercury isn't in conjunction with the other two planets. If that is the case my chart just went from one Capricorn stellium in the 5th to three stelliums... IP: Logged |

Technically, a stellium is when at least 3 planets conjunct each other. If I go by that rule then I don't really have any stelliums because there's an orb of 9° separating one planet from another.. But it's the Sun so I do still count it as a stellium. I personally still count planets in the same sign as a stellium even if they're out of orb, but I guess it's not correct.

Oo ok...if we're going by the 3 or more planet rule then I have a stellium In the 12th house in Pisces. I have to check my chart again to see how close the planets are to each other.

Actually no, it differs depending on who you ask. Some say it only has to be three planets in one sign, that they don't even have to be conjunct. Then you have the really rigid astrologers who say the planets all have to be in a tight conjunction with one another. Not sure, but I think there may even be some disagreement among some along the lines of, "They have to all be in the same sign, not the same house" or vice versa...there's a lot of different answers you'll get to this question. It's not that different from something like the 'orb' debate, where some astrologers only count super-tight orbs, and some give a little more leeway. As far as what I think the ultimate point/goal of this thread is, and to answer that question...I think that a planetary energy is a planetary energy, period, and that there's more than one way for an energy to manifest. Which is why you can have someone that has nothing in Pisces, but if their Neptune is highly aspected or angular (or even a singleton), they come across incredibly Piscean (like Stevie Nicks who a lot of people think has a Pisces ascendant, when Neptune is angular in her chart). Which is also why I don't really buy that people lack an element because a lot of times that element's energy can be found elsewhere in the chart if you know WHERE to look - which is why people get confused like, "So and so is so practical, but they have nothing in earth signs". The same thing happens when people refer to me all the time...Libra Moons get pegged as super-unemotional...then they get confused and don't understand why I'm so volatile, even though the answer is right there in front of them because my moon is conjunct pluto and in the eighth house. Basically what I'm saying is that people have to look outside the box and not think so myopic and simplistically, because clearly, God, the universe, whoever, doesn't operate like that - hell, if you look around in nature and at some of the weird animals and stuff out there, that much should be obvious. Elements and planetary energies have multiple ways they can manifest, it's not as cut and dried as I think a lot of astrologers think it is - or want it to be. IP: Logged |

I have a stellium in the Fifth. That, coupled with Leo Mars and 12H Leo, makes expression, both creative and behavioural, very important! Impressions are also important, especially good impressions and over-the-top impressions (must be fit for royalty after all). As long as everything is enjoyable and life's a party, what need is there for anything else? IP: Logged |

I have the Sun, Venus, Mars in Capricorn, 12th house and Uranus & Neptune conjunct Capricorn ASC. Does give me quite Piscean aspects even though I should be very practical given the Capricorn placements.IP: Logged |

Virgo stellium in the 11th house.Idk what it means exactly but I've always had trouble with friends and blending into groups. I used to go to fellowships and was always the super quiet one. Couldn't really open up. I do care for the world at large though. Every time I see a homeless person I try to give them whatever is in my pocket or buy them a soda or something. I really wanted to join the Peace Corps once upon a time. IP: Logged |
