I am seeking whether planets eg: moon/venus/mars in each individual houses will affect compatibility with another person ? If my moon in 5th house and the partner is in 7th house, how will this play out ? thanks. Etc

How is the personality of a moon in saggi in 7th house ? What I have been reading are just moon/venus/mars in houses 1/II/III ... but the explanation does not relate to the planets ... pls comment.
