Yet, I really would like to know how such contacts manifest themselves in "reality", how they play out, and what kind of flavor nodal contacts give to a relationship.

I would love it if some of you are willing to share a nodes experience in synastry, whether you were the planet person, the angle person or the node person.
What was the aspect? How did/do you feel around this person? Do you feel like you're learning /learned a lot from this relationship (doesn't have to be a romantic relationship, I use the term to refer to the interaction two people could have)?

I get a plenty of people who have either my planets on their nodes or their planets on my nodes, i guess that's because of my Karma conjunct dsc in 7th, lol.

1) My Moon conjunct his SN EXACT; My Jupiter conjunct his SN (2), His Sun square my Nodes EXACT.

Love of my life, or should i say - many lives, because i remember him. I have spoken about him here a million times, i guess. In short - it was not meant to be, but it's fated, it's karma, you can call it as you want. I know that i'll always feel for him. I trust him more than anyone else. We're still in touch and he's popping once and again in my life even at times where it would seem not possible... one more interesting thing - When we first met, transit Venus was conjunct our SN-Moon-Eros conjunction EXACT. It was on the 6th of September... It's shocking now, because th is year i met another guy at the same date, Venus was at the same place - conjunct my Moon. This guy i'm talking about now, turned out to be my Love's childhood friend, and neither of us had an idea that it's so. In a city of million people...

2) And this guy's Moon is conjunct my SN (2), his Saturn is conjunct my NN EXACT, my Saturn is conjunct his NN EXACT (!!!) , my Sun squares his Nodes EXACT. I don't know, where it's going, i know that we like each other a lot, so let's wait and see. Karma again, if you think about all the coincidences, connected with that!

3)One of my best friends - has his Venus conjunct my SN (2), and another one - his Sun conjunct my SN EXACT. The understanding is mutual, i know these people, it's fun and happy relationship, but none of those Moon-SN feelings are present. Actually, Moon is our deepest emotions, so the 2 guys above.. i'm just bonded with them, although i know the second one for a short time!

4) Well, one guy's Venus is conjunct EXACT my NN, he's hopelessly in love with me, i don't return the feelings.

5) My sister's IC is conjunct my SN EXACT! I have very close relationship with her, really!

6) My ASC is conjunct my father's node, i forgot which. :d But still, we had not easy relationship.. i mean, i loved him so much! But we never got along well. When he died, i got my past life memories back, he was there. We had major issues back then as well, he was my father too.

7) I have nodes exactly conjunct with my brother in law who has passed away. I love him as he was my brother which i never had! (and no, he was not my age)

8) Me and my beloved grandfather, with whom i have Sun conjunct Sun and Moon conjunct Moon, had nodes exactly reversed.. I still miss him, that's being said. We were very much alike! SOOO much alike.
