Or someone who goes against the grain of what everybody else does, a person who is strongly individualistic. Would this be the doing of Uranus?IP: Logged |

I have Pluto in the 12th conjunct Ascendant and I can really relate to that article as well. I also have Sun square Uranus and Neptune, Moon conjunct Uranus and Chiron conjunct Sun and Mercury. IP: Logged |

It is painful to be the black sheep of your family. I wish such things didn't exist.I think that the Moon would be hard aspected by Uranus. Probably the opposition of Moon and Uranus. Moon in opposition to Pluto also could find one being "separated" from their family. Moon and Saturn in hard aspect might be the "best" aspect regarding Black Sheep Syndrome because Saturn limits and restricts when in hard aspect to the Moon. So I'm going with Moon opposition Saturn. Great question. IP: Logged |

I am the black sheep in my overly uptight and oppressive religious family. Tho its not an achievement really, all you gotta do is think for yourself and you're a doomed sinner. I was even blamed for directly contributing to my mom's pre-cancer. Pluto in the 4th, moon in the 12th opposite Saturn and Uranus. IP: Logged |

I havent looked at article but i would think saturn/uranus square...going against the authoritarian... I have this, leo saturn@2.50 in 10th, scorpio uranus@4.44 in 2nd i did a complete rebel against my families belief and left them all behind to find my own path because i didnt want my children to grow up the way i did.
what i think is interesting is you can see the outcome of my rebellion to...leo saturn in in 10th but leo is on my 11th house cusp, the rebellious 11th house, leo is ruled by the sun...and my sun falls in the same house as uranus, they are in my 2nd house...so my abrupt change and rebelling from saturn brings me emotional security... Also the depositor for my 10th house(holding leo saturn) is my saggy mercury, sitting one degree from my sun in my 2nd house also! I believe, 2nd house trumps 10th in my chart! LOL my rebellion was a positive thing for me, it provided the emotional security i'd never had! no regerets! IP: Logged |

My guess would be Uranus in hard aspects to personal planets would cause a 'Blacksheep' situation... Indicates someone who rebels against the pack. The Pluto hard aspect thing is interesting... Perhaps that relates to people who will speak the unspeakable, and perhaps makes others uncomfortable... Or to people that bring to light some dark things that the rest of the family would rather not look at. IP: Logged |

Uranus conjunct mars, jupiter and pluto in my 10th. I was definitely a black sheep in my youth (kicked out of three different schools - moved out at 17). Not only does it make me very much an individual, it makes me appreciate that type of personality in others. IP: Logged |

I am definitely the black sheep/cool outcast personality. I don't do conventional. Absolutely feel uncomfortable following the norm in my family and in school and it's caused fights, friction and difficulties with strong personalities who try to convince me to change when I won't give in, since 11th house Scorpio planets make me extremely principled and stubborn, and also a bit eccentric. I have Uranus-Moon tine, Uranus-MC trine and Venus-Jupiter sextile Uranus. I have 12H Pluto which has made my family passionate in discussing why I need help, need to be fixed, have medication etc. when 2/3 of them are all borderline neurotic, mental and/or emotionally imbalanced to the extreme. Pretty funny, yeah? Only 1-2 other family members side with me on this... so I'm not alone in thinking it. IP: Logged |

Moon square Pluto throws itself into the deep end when it comes to its emotions also. They experience relationships, truly, madly and deeply, but they can also easily freeze over in an instant if someone else tries to dominate, manipulate or control them! The Moon square Pluto is extremely sensitive to seething undercurrents in a domestic situation, and in childhood may have been the receptacle for all the poisonous and unexpressed family grievances. They learn to bury these feelings, only for them to explode volcano-like at a later date. The tension generated by the square in this Hades Moon is tough, but creates black-gold which then fuels immense talent. The subjects feel compelled to purge their long suppressed rage and emotions creatively, which can bring them power. http://darkstarastrology.com/moon-square-pluto/ IP: Logged |

I am def the oddball in my very traditional & conservative family. I was always interested in subjects/ideas they find quirky at best, and evil at worst (astrology/tarot/spirits/etc). Almost everyone in my family follows the same path of college education, marriage, stable career. While I have achieved these milestones, my path was curvy rather than linear. I took a few detours-divorced at 21 years, college completion (for now) at 28. I have traveled backwards, remarried, children and home ownership before completion of my degree. Nearly ever other family member completed their undergrad & grad degrees before marriage/children/home. To top things off, I remarried outside my cultural/ethnic/religious/social group. Spouse is also four years my junior, though this isn't noticeable as he looks much older than his age. The ethnic difference is very obvious, especially as my own appearance is quite a mixture =) Astrologically: Venus & Uranus in the 11th loosely in conjunction. Moon quincx Pluto (3rd & 10th). Moon opposing Saturn (3rd & 9th). IP: Logged |
