Are you saying you have it both natal and harmonic...which number harmonic is important to know as they all have unique meanings to who you are!

Having mars/venus septile pretty much means creativity does flow through you and you cannot stop it, the impulsivity can't be helped with such a beautiful aspect, it burst out of you! I've had moments where i started working on something feeling i needed to get something out...16 hours later, working straight through the night i had created something i never expected to create!
The key to handling it, is to focus it...meaning when you feel the stress of it building and ready to burst, you stop what your doing! Take time to respect the energy by taking the time to let it express itself! You know you won't get anything else accomplished until you do, lol...so just do it asap so you can get back to life as usual!

Make specific time with no other distractions and let it flow through you...don't stop until its all out! Then sit back and appreciate the gift God gave you...out of chaos and stress something beautiful was born!
Its not a talent, its a gift! Just as beauty isnt something to take pride in, its something to be appreciated!

The beauty that comes from you without effort, you don't have to work for its just there, is from our creator! The energy causes stress and when held back will cause chaos in you because it wants to flow through you! Don't try to ignore it, you can't! The energy is so strong and not within your control, because its from God not us!

Its an amazing feeling to stop for a second, while your in the middle of that manic energy, and recognize this isn't from you, your feeling Gods energy and love flowing through you. Its truly special!
