I'm a virgo, and I worry. I worry to the point that it stresses me out, I get panic attacks or depressed...is there anything I can do to overcome this?. I don't know where to post a thread like this. I just have an axious/nervous feeling..Is that a typical virgo trait? And if so, what are some virgo traits to help relife it? If there are any?

I am a Virgo but I don't have many of the qualities of the cook book descriptions of Vrigo except when it comes to worrying and too being hard on myself. In that, I am a Virgo to a T. I often tell people, you don't have to worry, I'll do all the worrying for you. lol!

But what I am learning as I get older (I'm 38) is that it's about trust. Trust in myself that I can handle anything that comes my way and also to develop ways to handle anything that comes my way. And to understand that if I can't handle what comes my way, I trust that the universe will provide for me.

It is also about control. Just because I worry, doesn't mean I'm going to stop something from happening. It won't stop it, but it could make it happen! Worry attracts negative energy.

Awareness is important, but worrying is bad for the body, mind, and spirit.

Learning to let go. Learning to trust God. Learning to trust your intuition and ultimately learning that it's okay not to be perfect has helped me work with this nervous Virgo energy.

I'm writing this post quickly...I could say soooo much more. But I'll stop here. I'll post more later!

Blessings to you...

You can see a doctor if you suffer from anxiety and depression, you can get prescription meds for it. Thats the best way to deal with astral influence that become uncontrollable.

I'm a head strong Capricorn woman but even we run to the doctor needing help with anxiety which makes you feel nervous.

xanax aka zanny : )
but klonopin works longer throughout the day

Ain't nothing wrong with it, benzodiazepine is made for anxiety disorders of all kind.

Just go to the doctor and explain what you feeling and how it's effecting your daily life. Everyone's different.

I know where you're coming from, as a fellow Mercurian, yet there is no simple solution to this as I don't know what it is that you're going through.
Is it a social anxiety, or general heart pounding anxiety attacks at any given time of day?
These things aren't as unsusual as you may think. Anxiety is quite common amongst all signs.

Everyone's methods of dealing with anxiety differ. I know that practicing yoga and meditation help greatly. Drinking more herbal teas, listening to calming ambient music, a little bit of marijuana, if you're open to it, helps take the edge off.

Whatever you do, do not seek a doctor or pharmaceutical help. There is nothing wrong with you. The most efficient way to overcome nervousness is to talk about it with someone you're close to. Verbally expressing it helps you pinpoint what it is that's really bothering you. It's about finding that root cause. No prescribed toxic drug could ever address that.

Remember, nothing in this world is worth losing sleep over. This is just a ride.

yeah anxiety's really rough, i'd see someone. i don't believe in taking a pill to just have it fixed, that's too easy. although for some people they've gotten to the point where they do need to take something, but why take it if you don't try without first. talk to somebody regularly - a counselor who doesn't prescribe things and I promise in time, it WILL get better. Mine did.

I have a virgo moon so I hear ya. We just really reallly care.
