Do you personally believe they should be interpreted as in both houses if it's within minutes? Do you have any planets like this? IP: Logged |

I have Saturn that's on the cusp of my 2nd and 3rd house, it feels like BOTH descriptions fit my Saturn, so yes I do believe it should be interpreted as both houses.IP: Logged |

I read that if a planet is conjuncting the cusp, it should be interpreted in the next house over. But it's true that both descriptions will often apply. IP: Logged |

I have 2 groupings of planets on cusps. Venus and the Sun on either side of my MC (9th and 10th house respectively) and Pluto and Saturn conjuncting my 12th house cusp (11th and 12th house respectively). Usually when I read the descriptions for those planets in both houses, I usually think: "Eh... A little from column A and a little from column B." IP: Logged |

i have my moon 20 minutes from my dc and i can relate to both. i think sometimes i look for security in people and sometimes with work. i have only ever worked for one company. people are so surprised by that. i think it makes sense that while moon in 7th seeks security in relationships, moon in 6th seeks it with work. i know that when i have problems in relationships - i am likely to bury myself in work. and possibly vice versa. i think i see saw. but it will be long periods rather than change daily. it seems like one of them always gets the short straw when i focus on the other. maybe that's normal? my pluto is interpreted as in the 12th or the 1st. i need to read more about this - because i just realized this was close enough in astro-click portrait to be interpreted as both. for some reason i assumed the orb was was less than 1 Pluto Rising Their lives fall into distinct chapters, each of which has a recognisable beginning and ending. They are one way for a few years, doing a particular profession, wearing a particular kind of clothing, exhibiting a particular kind of personality, espousing a particular set of values. Then something happens - not always visible - and they become somebody completely different. They build a new personality out of the ashes of the old. The former life is gone forever, and something new starts which may go on for five or ten or twenty years. And the same thing happens again. By Liz Greene http://theastrologyplace.blogspot.com/2009/09/pluto-in-libra-in-1st-house.html I can really relate to that. I have drastically made myself over at least a few times now. IP: Logged |

I think that the closer a planet is to the end of a house, the more it gets influenced by the next one. So I hugely believe that planets on house cusp are fully involved in this house only, and if a planet is less than 2 degrees away from a house cusp then it would be heavily influenced by the next house and will behave as if it was in this house. That's how I see it but I may be wrong as I don't have good enough examples to back this up. IP: Logged |

I have Mars right on the border between the 11H and the 12H. Personally, I relate better to the 12H, but 11H readings fit too sometimes. I think it's whatever you feel is stronger, on a personal level. IP: Logged |

I have Mercury in the 12th conjunct the Asc and I feel that both apply... I can be really daydreamy, and also I've got a very dominant mind, where my thoughts tend to leap forward in an Aries type of way. My mind is very active, and I love to read and learn.I've also got Uranus in the 11th conjunct the 12th house cusp and feel both interpretations apply here too. Uranus rules my 3rd house cusp and I'm fascinated by astrology, and 'social issues', plus I love metaphysical, mysterious topics as well. I can also feel Uranus opposing my 6th house cusp, as alternative health methods strongly interest me. It's another passion of mine. Interestingly, Saturn in Virgo co-rules my Aquarius 3rd house cusp, which adds to this influence. My Saturn is in the 9th house conjunct the Mc, and here I feel both interpretations apply as well. I tend to be firm and serious about my beliefs, and I have a responsible attitude towards doing a good job at work. IP: Logged |
