Is this a statement most likely to be said by someone with some cancer influence in his/her chart ?

Whether or not you have an angle or a planet in cancer, how did you feel about living by yourself? How would you define "home"?

"Because no place feels like home."- Is that something to be said by a person with heavy Cancer influence?- Hmmm... My thought is no. Maybe someone with Saturn in Cancer or some hard aspects to the Moon or something like that. Then again, I haven't known a huge amount of Cancer influenced people. I've known a lot of Cancer Asc and they simply like to create their homes the way they want to and be homebodies.

Home is inside of you. I have no planets in Cancer in my chart. Cancer rules my 9th (though it fills up most of my 8th house), and I am heavily Sagittarius and Jupiter influenced, so I think I'm kind of cool being on my own and floating wherever fate takes me. I do live on my own, and I've been perfectly happy with that arrangement for a long time, as I tend to like to hole up when life gets stressful.

This really interesting! I would have never thought about saturn playing a role in this!
It, at least, makes sense to me. I'm a cancer asc, cappy moon and living by myself was an awful experience.
You have no idea how much admiration I have for people who can live by themselves and be content with it.
I can also relate to this song, but the trick is there, I have a sag mars so I love travelling very much, but I would always have to have a place and people to come back to. Else it would be near devastating for me.

I have a Cancer moon and boy would I love to live by myself for a few years. That probably has a lot to do with my moon being in the 12th tho.

Home to me is a place that is safe, peaceful, cozy clean (not sparkling cuz that's not really homey to me), warm, nicely decorated with a lot of food and pillows/blankets, candles, it has to smell good and have a kitty curled up somewhere

I'm a Cancer and I have to love where I'm living to be content (which I am currently not) but with a 12th house Moon I love living alone unless it's with a partner. And pets. I could never imagine having no pets.

I'm a Cancer sun with a stellium in H11 (Saturn,
Sun, mercury and Venus) and I have spent the last 20 years traveling. I don't like the confinement in a home and much prefer to be around people outside. Preferably ones I don't know..when I am home/hotel/parents/whatever, I hide in bedroom with door open so that I can hear what people around me are doing. There are not many "typical" Cancer things about me actually. If I were to describe myself I am a mix between my parents (Scorp sun/moon and Gem sun, Leo Moon).

I am a Cancer Moon and Mars. My home is just my place. It does not have to be fancy, but I must have people to love and nurture. They are, usually, a small number.

I can feel cozy almost anywhere. Anywhere can be home to me. I would rather rent and live in a lot of different places than buy and live in the same apartment for years n years. I'm a cancer sun in the 9th house tho so maybe that's why?

Actually I am the same way. There are only 3 houses I've ever lived in (during my adult life) for more than 1 year. I think maybe because the ruler of my 9th is conjunct my IC.

I plan to move again ASAP.

I feel I can answer this better than most cancer's here,since I'm a cancer sun with cancer in the 4th house.

When I'm not home no place feels like home. I don't even like spending the night at friends place for long periods of time because I feel awkward.I don't believe in moving around alot,I don't like feeling like an outsider.I've only lived in 2 homes in mylife moving around alot feels to erratic for my liking.

to me Home is very important but home is not the place where i live...it is the people i love. If i am away from them...i wouldnt last a day.

As long as i can have access to them some how..i am always home and yes that is very important to me.
