I don't think has the most mental illness, not in my experience as Leo is Fixed Fire. Fixed gives a stability imo

Leo here. Most I've struggled with is clinical depression.

Those other disorders I've seen frequently in those mutable dominated, but I won't deny that other placements have them, Leo included.

My BF is a Leo with a 12th house Sun, square Pluto and Moon. He has mental illness but is extremely stubborn and hates - HATES - to admit he has issues. Very reluctant to enter treatment. He has anxiety from his Virgo placements and alcoholism tendencies from I suppose, the 12th house placements.

But him having a Leo Sun alone does not make him more prone to the mental illness he deals with, the depression etc. It's really all the tense squares, the semi-afflicted Moon - it only has a trine to Saturn and squares Merc, Venus and ASC - and the Virgo placements that contribute.

I'm a Leo and I have bipolar and borderline personality. I have moon in Gemini which makes sense for my bipolar and I think the borderline is my sun square pluto/moon square Mars.
