What makes them flake? and be late? sometimes hours late? are they selfish or are they just not grounded and lose track of time? Why are they two faced? What is the air and mercury sign that is creating this?IP: Logged |

im not a gemini but have a gemini nametype and gemini singletonwe're late everywhere because we hate being bored, so we only do things when we're inspired to them. We dread boredom so we might multitask while getting ready, or put off getting ready to a considerable degree. We're also usually distracted with some project or idea and totally immersed in it, so it's hard to break away from that and do something we don't want to do. We'd rather life just be fun and games, so the gain of being irresponsible and doing what we want is much greater than the possible gain of being responsible just to not p1ss anybody off.
But on the upside, we can be brilliant, we try not to take things too seriously, we're innovative, we're a jack of all trades and know a little about everything.
So we're unreliable & can be lazy but our creativity is up 'n at em 24/7

I am not flakey.I am never late. I dont like to have people waiting on me. I dont like to **** people off unless they have done something to deserve it. I am a Gemini. ------------------

Geminis usually won't be late. I have Gemini ASC and Aries sun... never late! EVER! I'm usually early or the first one to arrive.Being late and making people wait on you reminds me more of a water sign thing. Any Cancer in this offenders chart? Now, the 2-faced thing. I will admit I have a bad habit of gossiping. But I just love to talk! And I love people! I know people wouldn't be happy about what I think, but I never say anything untrue or start rumors at least. A lot of my "gossip" is my opinion or advice I have for whomever. But I can't exactly waltz up to them and say "Hey, wanna know what I think?" Much to my Gemini ASC chagrin. IP: Logged |

Yeah its an air quality. They aren't very reliable.. like earth is.. earth is steady is there for you, supportive etc. Air signs are very flighty, changeable etc. Mutable Air(gemini) is extra unreliable. Aquarians are more reliable because of the solidity of the fixed signs.. all fixed signs are reliable. IP: Logged |

I read a theory in one book that all Gemini are people pleaser’s and they do not want to upset anybody so instead of cancelling plans they may lie or turn up late.. the hidden feeling here is a need of be liked and well received socially but little do they know they are being annoying lol IP: Logged |

This is so well said! I'm a gemini moon and I never deny myself any sort of indulgence, whether it be intellectual or pursuit of curiosity like spending days locked in my room writing and discovering new, weird/occult info to dodge the inkling of boredom and keep things fun and interesting. My friends say I'm the most curious person ever. I'm like a kid. Everything fascinates me.
Although I'm really trying to find my grounded nature, breathe deeper and not get stuck in the mud of my restless mind. Thank you for your compassion! It is a fight I find, and I'll never stop to smell the flowers ... and then talk and think about it a lot afterwards, like a true gemini.
