I don't get this thread: I have NN direct and all the charts I've stored in several years have NN direct.The nodes move in opposite direction compared to the planets, though. Maybe that is what is confusing you? IP: Logged |

This is funny. I was trying to describe to a friend the other day how I feel that I have to accomplish many things in this life and it stresses me because I am scared I won't have time to do it all despite not knowing exactly what "all" is..
I know it involves humans and "building bridges" lol

Bumping!! I'm reading a book. It's ONLY about the nodes of the moon.
"Astrology for the Soul" by Jan Spiller. It is sooooooo good.
I have Scorpio north node.
I'm not quite done with my node yet but it's really shown me where I need to grow and where my issues are. It opened my eyes a lot. I saw these issues in myself and they are detailed also and not at all vague. Thankfully I've naturally started working on these because yeah, even before astrology I felt them holding me down. One thing that I found very interesting is that as she's describing these things I can see the other aspects in my chart. Again, it's not vague, she goes into great detail yet is totally accurate. Really amazing. I can see how my nn is not just some random spot that it "happened" to be. It's VERY strongly connected with the entire chart. Lastly, the things she pointed out were SO me. She nailed it. But what I gathered is that I need to break the negatives of the SIGN to gain the benefits of the HOUSE. Not that I need to become more Scorpio. It sounded like I'm TOO Scorpio and need to break the negative traits of that sign to make progress. All of which do pertain to life, but also with the house and rewards will come through the house.
That's what I gathered from it. I pretty much see this book as a must read.

My nodes are direct in my natal chart, my outer planets are retrograde, karma is in Pisces, and Destinn and vertex are conjunct my NN. I wake up everyday thinking about my goals, and how I have a strict plan to get everything accomplished before it's too late. I feel like I am on a divine timeline, and that I have so much to do-it's stressful. I hope if this is true, I can rest easy after this. IP: Logged |

Wow, I actually have this book that my mom bought me for Christmas last year, and I still have yet to read it. I guess I better hop to it after I'm done with one I'm currently reading. It sounds way better now after having read your little review!  IP: Logged |

I think it's really special if you have a good understanding of astrology so that you can see it tie into your chart and not simply a thing of it's own. It really ties in and it's awesome to discover it.
