We all know this hard aspect can cause a profound Plutonian stinger tongue. Truth. But it's different from saggy truth because it's not bluntness from the obvious, it's words from the unconscious.

Does anyone have this in natal or someone you know;
If so, do you think this would indicate telepathic/ psychic communication as not just a neptune thing?

No if anything it makes it harder to articulate things. I'd say I'm selective as to what I say and to whom and usually its something extremist. I've got Leo Mercury in the 8th H square Scorpio Pluto in the 11th H.

I've come to the conclusion that psychic abilities are a bunch of hooey.

I have this,mercury in pisces retrogade in 4th house square pluto in scorpio in 1st house.I am quite clairvoyant but I have my doubts that this aspect makes people psychic.I can see through BS,superficial conversations and I hate small talks.I can intimidate and hurt people with words if I want but its quite rare.I love to debate,pit my wit against people just for the sake of improving it.

I have this Mercury in Leo 4th square Pluto in Scorpio 6th
Reluctant nah, more selective I like to choose the situations in which the truth comes out. If I have no emotional ties to you I am more likely to bluntly tell you because I have no regards for your feelings.
