I agree...i also think that since New Moons are about starting something new the manefestation could also be about breaking ties with 8th house things such as intimacy and others values and money as well as relationships all together.

You might also be willing to change how you look at all those things?

If anything New Moon conjunct Pluto would intensify things for you.Have you been thinking about a change in the career area because it could mean your needing some powerful changes but with moon conjunct pluto it intensifies your emotions a lot more have you noticed that?

Well i take it the New Moon is going to be conjunct your Asc i don`t know what degree it is so i don`t know the orb or which house it falls in.

Yes i mentioned venus square jupiter because it will be exact on the 16th. Anything from 10-20 in all mutable signs but especially Virgo and Gemini will feel the effects.

I don`t know where your Moon is but if it`s Conjunct Venus right now or exact on the 16th then you will be in the line of fire. Moon conjunct Venus is already two feminine planets conjunct so there might be a need to combine your emotions and your feeling of love if you have it or if your in the need to get it.In the sign of virgo you might feel critical and be analyzing it constantly...a need for something to be perfect where love and or a partner is concerned now square to Jupiter it can cause these emotions to run high as well as over expand and dramatize the feelings.

I was able to transfer into a more interesting/rewarding, at the same level/pay this past May. I'm working really hard, doing tasks above my classification and hoping for some sort of upward change. I'm so ready for more responsibility and status recognition
