All of my personal planets are in the lower part of the chart.
jupiter is my highest planet at 28sag in h10
I also have neptune at 2sag in h9
Mc at 22sag

Neptune is my chart ruler, but would Júpiter be a co ruler?
Also is jupiter doubled since its the original ruler of pisces???

What exactly does a co ruler mean?

Is jupiter my strongest planet since its up at the top..
