I think so...A friend of mine and a girl he really liked had this combo(but as moon signs) and they got on well. I think its because both are very rational and don't have all that emotional mushyness as a "must" in a relationship. Capricorn is usualy a social climber, whilst Gemini likes to socialize with as many people as possible. Gemini is also very changeable and diverse whilst Cap can be structured(and rigid).
