I can't remember where I read it, but I read that Saturn rules the left brain and Uranus rules the right brain.

If we look at which houses are naturally ruled by Saturn and Uranus, that's the 10th and 11th, respectively.

Now, here's where it gets interesting (the theory): look at your natal chart and see which signs (and subsequently, which planet or luminary) rules your 10th and 11th house. I wonder if that's your personalized rulership of your left (10th house ruler) and right (11th house) brain. Try it out an see what you find. Plus, once you determine which planets (or luminaries) those are, see what aspects they each have and if that indicates if you're more left brain dominant or right brain dominant.

Also, check to see what aspects your Saturn and Uranus have, too.

10th in Gemini - that means Mercury - my chart ruler for left brain.

11th in Cancer - that means Moon - for right brain.

I am not a very logical person. Pluto squares my Moon, Neptune and Uranus squares my Mercury. I can write with both of my hands equally. I am creative. I draw a lot. Art is a part of my life. Mercury is naturally very strong in my chart, but somehow i use intuition aka right brain more!

My Tenth house is ruled by Taurus, so Venus, and the Eleventh by Mercury, so Gemini.

Mercury is in Libra, and Venus in Scorpio. Venus even has a trine to S-turn! But considering Mercury rules thought (or at least I think it does), it would make sense that, ruling my Eleventh, I become right brainedddd. But I do value (Venus) structuring and ordering my notes (mostly so it's appealing with colourful headers, subtitles, lists, bullets, bold/italics/underlined...hoo! I'm getting myself excited, )!

It's interesting, isn't it, to see how it all plays out, between the planets ruling our brain hemispheres and how our brains tend to operate?

With me, it's Jupiter ruling my 10th (left brain) and Saturn ruling the 11th (right brain).

Cancer and leo, sun and moon, my moon is unaspected and my sun conjunct merc/neptune trines saturn, sextile AC
Ive been professionally tested before for this and found out i think equally with both left and right...

sag jupiter is in h10

Saturn rules my 11
Gem saturn in h3 conjunct ic

Aqua rules h12
Lib uranus in h7

I have the same saturn/uranus
Aspects.
Both sextile my sun, moon, Merc.

Maybe that means i use both sides equally..

I am DEFINITELY more right-brained, i already know that. I am not the most logical person and I hate technical things, I suck at math and science. I am definitely a creative, free-flowing, artistic person. I rely more on my emotions and intuition than logic and reasoning. so, that being said...

10th house - Leo - Sun
...Sun conjuncts Neptune, Mercury, located in 2nd house.

11th house - Virgo - Mercury
...Mercury conjuncts Sun, Neptune, squares Mars

My 10th house ruler's aspects show that I am right-brained. Sun conjunct Neptune and Mercury and all 3 of those are in a Venus-ruled house. My 11th house ruler squares my 5th house planet Mars(5th house is creativity)..however, Neptune rules my 5th and that goes back to the ruler of my 10th conjuncting the ruler of my 5th. so in a way I think the theory is backward, at least for me.
