The reason I'm asking is because while I have a good approximate of my birth time, I don't precisely know the exact time.

So I'm asking you what would you say my Rising Sign is just to see if anyone agrees with what I calculated.

Also if possible do you know any way of attaining birth times or birth certificate free?I would love to pay to get one to find my exact birth time (and birth name too for numerology) but I don't got the means to do so right now.

I'm curious what you all think!

Nearly a year ago, before I even knew what Moon and Rising Sign is and when I was just starting to dabble into Astrology, I asked this question on Yahoo Answers about Scorpio.

At first I was perplexed as you can see in my comments because I'm a Pisces.

The user's further response was the first time I heard of the Moon and Rising Signs.

So when I calculated my Rising Sign using what my Mom gave me, I was instantly reminded of that question I asked when it stated I'm a Scorpio Riser.

Just to say my mom and dad says different birth times.

My dad says at 8 PM, My mom says at 9 PM (no precise minute when they told me).

I decided to calculate how different the Signs would be using given birth time.

I learned if I was born exactly at 8 PM in my country of birth, I would be a Libra Rising in the 3rd Decanate. However add 21 minutes, and I would be at 0° of Scorpio Rising. If I was born exactly at 9 PM, I would still be Scorpio Rising (within he first decanate).I learned I don't even come close into Sagittarius Rising until somewhere after 10 PM.

All I know further of my birth time is that my dad told me I was born late at night when it was dark.

So what would you say? I'm asking because I was surprised at high the girl's guessing me to be a Scorpio(and later revealing the possibility of Moon or Rising Sign being in that time) is so spot-on when I read the description for the Rising Sign!The deeper I get into Astrology, the more correct I realized that girl's guessing of me being a Scorpio Rising is!

But I'd like your take-just remember to discount the info I previously gave and judge me by personality from what you seen of my posts.

I do fit Scorpio Rising traits physically the most-dark skin, dark eyebrows and hair, and blessed with Above-Average stamina and Athleticism normal nonathletes don't have.

I was a nerdy waste for years but just this summer I progressed from 4MPH to 6MPH within about 1 1/2 months. To be specific after upgrading to 5 MPH (I remained at 4MPH for a year) I upgraded to 6 MPH about 2-3 weeks later just after I finally could finish a mile at 5MPH.

Which really surprised me when I learned most Runners warn against progressing your speed too fast as it can put damage to your body and most trecommend upgrading speed very gradually, 1-2 months for each upgrade. Considering I still have not suffered heavy strains and the fact back in HS I often stayed up as late as 11 PM-2 AM and could still stay active in the school day as normal despite lacking sleep, I think Scorpio Rising matches me physically as I read people born under it are famed for being strong and athletic (which I'm not but am quickly coming there).

I'll be blunt I'm unfamiliar with the appearance of Libra Rising. Could explain about that signs appearance and traits?

but thats no promise

libra ascendant (and by minor influence-the sun) usually gives native full lips and an hourglass shaped bodies for men and females...men might look a bit softer than the usual male

they give the impression that they are nice people to be around and that they are polite and full of light charm

btw
scorpio rising is not the only sign that does big changes in life... im a pisces rising and
lost around 60 ibs of weight and built myself (and still are) even with horribly problematic feet

so there is always more than one anwser...im sure youl get there though

Going by the times I've been told, Libra Rising is the next Ascendant I'd likely have as its closest to the approximate times of my birth.

Sagittarius definitely too far away from approximate time.

Thats exactly why I'm asking because I only have approximate birth times and won't be able to find my real time until at a distant future date, if I even have access to it.

Don't know entirely (not even a guess of religion or so based on the event)? Assuming I'm just at a random social function thats not necessarily related to my interests?

Because believe me if it was say a Astrology Convention or some other one related to my interests, I'd definitely be incredibly social and probably enthusiastic enough to get attention.

Now assuming its a random gathering and I don't know the details?Like I said it depends what it is but just to answer your question, I'd probably be observing around. Now assuming this is not just a normal function like school, I'd probably find someone who looks interesting and initiate a conversation.

I was gonna go with Scorpio or Capricorn Asc. Cappy because they are very particular with whom they interact with; but Scorpio fits you much better.
