I know three Virgo ASCs....the guy I'm seeing, my brother, and my aunt's husband. All three of them have what is considered a "Roman nose"..where the bridge is large and the nose looks curved or bent or something. Is this a common trait for Virgo ASC?

No,Roman noses are Cardinal Asc trait, strong Mars sometimes Sun,and Saturn.

Virgos tend to have snub noses,or noses with elegant curved bridge.

If they do have a Roman nose,it is not as sharp/prominent.

I agree with Venus.

I notice people with Virgo rising have delicate, well-formed or slightly sloping noses too. A family member with Virgo rising has this. Even if they don't have the ski-slope nose, they'll have a nose that somehow balances their face and adds to the aesthetic of it. It's like a step below Libra rising to me. They just have a natural, organic grace, not a showy one.

Anyway, I know more people with Leo rising, Sun on the ASC or both who have intenser, aquiline noses.

From what I've read Virgo ASCs are supposed to have delicate features, roman nose is a common trait of Scorpio ASCs,I am one and I have one.

My son is Virgo asc. He doesn't have a Roman nose. It's a cute little thing.

Yes my mother has a aquiline nose. She happens to be a Virgo ASC with Virgo Moon conjunct Asc. I also inherited a less pronounced version of her nose. So genetics are the biggest indicator.

I have read, somewhere, that it is a, sort of, Leo trait.

Hmmm weird..so everything you guys are saying seems to be opposite of what I've observed. I am Scorpio ASC and I do not have a roman nose. And the Virgo ASCs I know do have them so...

i figure it could go both ways.

to me, astrologyweekly's zodiac faces are very accurate

i have seen virgo risers with both small and big noses (as well as virgo suns and moons), but to me the zodiac face they have for virgo is the best depiction of virgo physical characterstics

you are correct. I have dated 2 girls with virgo ascendants and had interest in another that never panned out. all 3 had prominent noses.

I have a Virgo ASC and a Virgo Sun, but I do not have a Roman nose.

I guess the closest I could describe it would be a cross between a Celestial nose (ala Carrie Mulligan)and a Snub Nose (ala Elizabeth Taylor).

Aren't there quite a few prominent Virgo Risings with a Roman/dominant nose?
I'm thinking of Adrien Brody, Peter Sellers, Woody Allen, Nicholas Sarkozy, Frederic Chopin...
these are just a few that come to mind right now.
It could be a decan of Virgo Rising or something but I am betting on genetics. Someone could look into it?
