A quick question, do we judge the house rulers by the Sign that occupies most of the house or the Sign that the house cusp falls under. For those using systems such as Placidus it is incredibly hard to judge. For example my Fifth house cusp is on Pisces so it'd be ruled by Neptune/Jupiter, however this falls in 26 degrees Pisces which means that Aires occupies most of the House, therefore it'd be ruled by Mars I just find this very complicating as I use house rulers as a factor when I'm doing transits.

House rulers are defined ONLY by the sign of the house cusp
The only exclusion is when the cusp falls on 29,0,1 degree of sign...then you need to research a bit since natals are not always accurate by the minute and a few minutes can change the house ruler...
