It's an H1-H12 question and both of the main significators are the moons (cancer)... So I don't have a clue what to think or how to work out a prediction. There are no co-significators.

Anyone have a clue?

Are you saying that Cancer is on the 12th house cusp and the Ascendant?
or
Person A has Cancer on the 12th and
Person B has it on the Ascendant?
