Alright, please tell me all about this aspect.I have experienced the venus conjunct moon in synastry before and it was "awww soo sweet and cuddly"! What are the implications? Especially when it is the man's moon square the woman's venus? Any and all input will be appreciated! Thank you! IP: Logged |

do you think that this aspect would have less significance if it was a sex-only relationship versus one that is emotional/loving? IP: Logged |

I think that any time you have a synastry aspect between venus and the moon it indicates there's some sort of emotional connection or even love there. Difference is, with a hard aspect it might not operate or be expressed, as smoothly as with something like a trine. I don't think it's even possible to have a moon-venus contact and a bond that is strictly physical. IP: Logged |

Interestingly put! Also, if there is a venus conjunct moon and it is at a very low orb...would it indicate a strong love connection as well if also supported by venus conjunct saturn (longevity) and sun conjunct venus (fascination)? IP: Logged |

Tenderness and affection characterize this aspect. A strong sense of familiarity, and a strong emotional connection exists between the couple. This aspect makes it so that you love doing even the most dull, boring tasks with one another; just being with each other makes you feel warm and fuzzy, which makes everything you do together fun and enjoyable. In fact, the need to physically be close to one another is very strong with this aspect. You have much in common with one another, and are naturally supportive, cooperative and considerate toward each other. As a couple, you emit a sweet, warm energy, which makes others take notice! This aspect also denotes the two of you will want to live and build a family together. This is especially true of the conjunction, sextile and trine. The square and the opposition, on the other hand, can be a bit more tricky. In this case, you may tend to take each other for granted. Indeed, favors may go unacknowledged and unappreciated. The Moon person may feel undervalued by the Venus person, while the Venus person may feel their self-esteem is undermined. You may have difficultly understanding each other’s moods and feelings. For instance, Venus may feel playful, while the Moon person may want to have a serious talk about their problems. Regardless, a considerable attraction to one another remains. http://astrolady.wix.com/astrolady#!moon-venus-in-synastry/c6x I had the square with my ex. The description above is pretty accurate, at least, in my case.

i feel that the square would hold more significance if it was a purely physical relationship... the individuals might not always be sure of where they stand with each other because i can see how feelings would develop with a venus-moon aspect. quote: Originally posted by starfairy: This is especially true of the conjunction, sextile and trine. How funny, My husband and I have this too...He is Moon Taurus and I am the Venus Leo!!! I wonder if that is pretty common??
Anyway, I think you are right...that is a bit how it is for us. But it sure does create a chemistry between us. ;-) But then again we also have his Venus opposed to my Moon...so that is a double whammy. IP: Logged |

What if the woman's venus is sextile the man's moon ( 2 deg) but her saturn is opposing his moon too (2 deg again). Will this block the lovely emotional connection they could have had?IP: Logged |

I find this link sums up perfectly how I am experiencing this aspect. http://astromatrix.org/Horoscopes/Synastry-Aspects/Moon-Square-Venus Your romantic attraction for your partner and feelings of tenderness are hard to ignore but unfinished emotional issues regarding previous love relationships are putting you out of syncopation with their needs. When the Moon person is square the Venus person, your romantic partner has family or romantic issues to deal with before you will fully relate to one another as partners.Neither of us is ready or wanting a relationship but there is a strangely intense attraction that makes me unable to let it go, IP: Logged |
