Not just for Pisces Placements. The Mutable Mode Signs of Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces. All are being conjunct, squared, or in opposition.

My Virgo friends are very frazzled now. The degrees of their Virgo Suns are from 0-4 degrees so tNeptune is opposing their sun.

Anyone else feeling this Neptune in Pisces transit?

My gosh I hope so...

Society in general is really draining me with their selfish demands.

Just broke up with a 11 deg Virgo....subliminally his time will come, but he will never realize just what this Pisces was~

Selflessness? No. I have more than enough selflessness for most people anyway, just based on the career path I chose. If anything, it's taught me that my selflessness sometimes bleeds me dry.

Actually, it's been teaching me to be more careful in who I trust because I'm so open and honest that I am easily deceived. It has also taught me about fuzzy boundaries, and how I have to maintain some of my boundaries and let other things venture into gray areas. Those are some of the big things, I think.

I think with this final pass of Neptune opposing my Venus/MC/Sun (0', 1', 2' Virgo) and squaring my Jupiter/Uranus (2', 5' Sagittarius) and squaring my Chiron (2' Gemini), and trining my Saturn (0' Scorpio) I am FINALLY getting the spiritual lesson out of it, but it has taken me until the final pass to get it.

Virgos who already have placements in Pisces probably aren't too shaken anyway because that's already who they are and what they know.

I think it's the more Self-oriented Virgos that are probably having a hard time during this period and learning to be less critical of others and that it's not always about THEM. I know one with the Moon in Pisces and he seems to be doing okay; I also know one with the moon in Aries whose been acting out more than usual lately, which gives me the impression that she's not coping too well because she typically takes out her unhappiness on others.

Yeah... I think the lesson of selflessness is definitely a good one for some Virgos (most notably the ones who have problems with selfishness). But for me personally, I feel like I got the needed lessons from Neptune out of the 'not knowing who to trust/deception' issues and the 'fuzzy boundaries' issues. The fuzzy boundaries in particular helped me grow this year because I'm fairly black and white about the roles that people play in my life and who I allow into my life. It helped me to walk that line a little bit better and open me up to new experiences, honestly.

I'm kinda lucky too since most of my placements are early on in the signs, so I get to be done with it all at once and all at the beginning (until it hits my Mercury at the end of Virgo). It sucks when it hits, but once the first applying aspect is over, it gets about 10 times easier.

I doubt it.

I think we'll enter deep pro-religious/spiritual waters.

Art of film should be great, though.

I'm definitely seeing some of the less-evolved Virgos land right on their faces at the moment, I don't think they're handling the energy too well...as far as the public in general I do think the transit will lead to a return to real concern for others over self and an appreciation of that. If Venus is love and appreciation - and we know it is - and Neptune is just the higher form of that, then having Nep in Pisces definitely indicates people will learn to appreciate what giving really is, again and learn to really care about others.

I think the spirituality and religion focus started with Neptune in Aquarius to be honest, this is just more of what's already been going on for awhile now, maybe it'll just change tack again and people will drop the new-age thing and gravitate back towards Christianity (Pisces).

I do agree about the arts - I wasn't crazy about the stuff coming out during Neptune in Aquarius at all on that front - most of it was techno-garbage. maybe now I'll actually be able to listen to the radio again without hurling.

To some extent that's already proving itself to be the case - that song "Adorn" is classic Neptune in Pisces, has a pretty otherworldly, ethereal quality to it (and the title of the album - "Kaleidoscope Dream" - is classic Pisces).

Sounds like there is some serious "work" that Virgo should be focusing on and maybe this Neptune in Pisces transit will catch them off-guard and they will chill with the "I can see each and every flaw no matter how small." lol

I don't feel this will necessarily be "pro-religion." Instead I feel that this will be the "Last Chance Transit" before we permanently jump on The Age of Aquarius Train. With Neptune in Pisces desperately trying to get the entire world to love each other. To cooperate. To compromise. To love. To evolve.

This transit is going to be in effect during the "supposed" 12-21-12 Mayan Prophecies. I don't feel this is a coincidence. Do you?

Bahahahaha... Clearly you don't know Virgos. They might be DISTRACTED and stop for a short while with nagging you about the flaws, but the flaws will still be there and we do notice.

Honestly I think it's a mistake to think that because Virgo is the opposing sign of Pisces that we are incapable of love or selflessness or compassion, and that's what it sounds like is being said here. *shaking fist* Darn those Virgos! They need to learn a lesson and be selfless (subtext: because they aren't doing what WE want them to do- which is selfish in and of itself).

I agree Neptune in Pisces will throw us for a loop, but all in different ways. And, as I pointed out earlier, Neptune also rules diffuse boundaries and deception (the negative side of Neptune), as does Pisces. It isn't all going to be selflessness and bear hugs! It's also going to be lots and lots of deception and WTF?- who is this person in my emotional space?

Religion/Spiritual issues very well may come up, though I'm not going to try to predict in what way they will come up. Hopefully they will stay somewhat out of politics, but I know how these things go, soooo... I'm thinking my hope is in vain.

THe last time Neptune was in Pisces, Carl Marx wrote The Communist Manifesto, so yes, some people were trying to be selfless, to subjugate their own personal desires and dreams to the ideal of a better society, to what they saw as the common good.

Neptune in Pisces can also bring about mass delusion, heightened religious fervor, legalization of mind altering substances, creative and/or unrealistic footwear, confusing movement of large bodies of water, storms, mass suicides, group transcendence.

That Neptune is returning to Pisces as we have entered the Age of Aquarius is interesting. Could it be Pisces' last hurrah before the Aquarian onslaught of all the values that it holds dear?

Thank you so much for writing that.

I personally am super sick and tired of people demanding that society be "selfless" and altruistic. I've noticed that line of impossible idealism have strongly resurfaced the past few years and not only is it awful and hypocritical, it's selfish and delusional of its own selfishness by demanding that others give up their own power for the "greater good." Well, F*CK "greater good" and F*CK the helpless Pisces mantra. Who the heck decides that the "collective good" is better than the individual. GROSS.

Thankfully Pluto is in Capricorn and that serves as damage control. We still have some people who are here on Earth and are still keeping things real. Life has always been that you help yourself first and then you help others. Creatures including humans wouldn't have developed strong survival instincts if the sacrificial, martyr-like mentality and practices of give yourself to others 24/7 were in place.

On the personal level for me, T Pisces Neptune is squaring my Gemini stellium (Sun, Mercury, Venus) in the 9th, going to conjunct my Pisces Moon in the 6th, and will square my Sag Neptune. I'm quite thankful that T Capricorn Pluto is squaring my Libra stellium (Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto) and going to trine Taurus Mars in 8th.

What are you supposed to feel when transiting Neptune is opposing your natal Sun and Venus ?

I totally agree with your answer.

I am Leo sun with Neptune in H1
so far nothing much. a problem in home life and the house, but I think Chiron has something to do with it too. both Chiron and Neptune transit my H4. also they both square natal Ceres (family) in Gemini.
All sorted out now. Neptune/Chiron will transit my H5 soon and will stay there for a long time. anyone ever had this transit? any insight is welcomed
