So... natally my moon squares Mars and it squares Pluto...

What do YOU think when you see this in someones birthchart??
What do you think are some types of things Moon squaring Mars and Pluto will cause me to struggle with? (sorry for the effed up sentence fragment:P)

I have that.
Except Moon is also opposed by Saturn, which makes it all part of a T-square.

Um, first thing that comes to mind: intense emotions, difficulty controlling them, impulsive actions, *very* sensitive, takes things personally. May want to conceal the emotions and other times it all explodes. There may be issues with anger, resentment, and poor impulse control.

And yes, there are lots of negative things about this aspect, at least in my opinion. Unless you learn to channel the intensity of your emotions and transfer the need for drama into a creative outlet or something.

On the positive side, it can mean emotional bravery, honesty, the ability to fight for yourself/loved ones/whoever you want to fight for, a deep understanding of human emotions and how to deal with them.
At best you can be self-aware, genuine and emotionally intelligent.

Ps. Harmony/peace should be a conscious goal!

Do you find yourself competing with female friends or being jealous? I had a friend with this aspect and her energy was subtle but strong when it came to the opposite sex between us. She has Moon sq Pluto.

You really have to take other people's interpretations of these aspects with a serious grain of salt because they'll usually attribute a set of traits to you that aren't true or interpret the ones that are in the most negative way possible.

If I saw those aspects I'd just think you're someone that feels things intensely and doesn't suffer fools gladly. I have Moon-Pluto aspects and Mars-Pluto aspects and come from a line of that - my mom did too, and if I'm remembering correctly, my younger sister does as well.

I don't agree either that it means a person loves drama and seeks it out, because anyone with a real Moon-Pluto aspect will tell you that inside we have more than enough emotional intensity on our own that we don't need to go around trying to provoke it from external sources in the first place, so that idea is silly to me.

I also don't have any personal inclinations toward jealousy where others are concerned (neither did my mother, and my sister doesn't either), but what I have noticed is that a lot of time it attracts very jealous women *to* you and puts you on the receiving end of a lot of hostile treatment from them because of that.

I have more than a few stories to tell on that front; so does my sister, who periodically came home as a young teenager telling us about rather nasty comments her own teachers would make at her expense with no provocation from her.

In short? I'd think those aspects are a gift. They make you feel a level so deep that most people are simply incapable of fathoming, and they make you strong, and a fighter. People will try to make you view them as a flaw, but that's because they don't understand them. Trust me, they're amazing aspects to have, so stop feeling ashamed and start being proud.

Hmmmm. Interesting. Jealousy is something I've always struggled with I think. I am reserved and keep everything to myself, so I was never one of those people where others knew I was jealous. My jealousy never resulted in hatred either, just internal anger. And a little bit of anger towards my parents I guess. For instance, growing up I was super jealous of my sisters friendships. I struggled making friends to the point where I quit trying. I never resented them for it though, I just kept it inside. When my sisters were older they were invited on vacations (fully paid for) by some of their friends' families. Again, I internalized my anger and jealousy about it.

As for same sex friendships, omg I can't explain why I can't keep friends. I am so caring, honest, wear my heart on my sleeve... I've run into a handful of girls who hate me right off the bat or within weeks of meeting me, and after getting to know them (through work usually) I find out that they are truly not good people and I think I make them uncomfortable..? Well, that's what I've come to believe.

I have no problems with men... I've attracted the opposite sex most of the time. I have some stuff in my chart that might explain it (Mars in Scorpio?).

So as for the jealousy thing maybe it goes both ways? I would like to say it has gotten better with age but it's the same. My one sister is married and I’ve been jealous of that... The other has hundreds of friends... Stuff like that that I KNOW is stupid to envy but yet so often I find myself wishing I had friends to go to Mexico with or friends that would actually show up to a birthday party my sisters threw…

On the positive note I am super happy to see that two of you say these aspects have positive sides! I’m relieved to see what you had to say about that and I couldn’t agree more. Honesty is a thing I SUFFER from! (Cap sun/venus, Leo moon, Taurus Ascendant) If you don’t think that it’s possible to suffer from being TOO honest, you’re wrong

Defensive.
Impatient - depends on area of concern.
Easily frustrated.
