For example my second house is ruled by Jupiter.

Does that mean financial luck?

Also what if the said Jupiter makes an opposition to Saturn?

And what if it is in a sign and house in it's fall?

Just an example btw.

Yes but if its badly aspected by Saturn the financial luck comes after the age of 30.

yes it does

specific planets bring their effects towards the houses they rule even if the planet is not in that house (i anwsered in your house sruler reading too )
