i was wondering if hard aspects between planets in gemini and virgo were less "stressful" since they have the same ruling planet mercury. for instance a gemini venus square a virgo venus. or could the stress be negated if there were harmonious aspects with mercury in the chart?

That's a good question and I do believe that hard aspects between these two can be easier to handle as they have the same ruler and they are both mutable signs, so there can be give and take. :-)

Yes, Yes! My husband is Gemini and I am Virgo. What I have noticed is I see the details more and he sees the bigger picture when it comes to the processeing of information. I think we are a great pair. Some of my greatest friends are Gemini. I also have NN in Sag and my SN conjuncts my husbands Gemini sun.

Yup!! LOL here goes me & CRCRINCON on the Virgo Gemini relationship thing again..Because I'm the Virgo and he's the gemini. Same goes for what was stated above also he's always asking "How?" and i'm always asking "Why?" it's so funny. We criss cross on the sun moon think me Virgo Sun Gemini Moon, him Gemini Sun Cancer Moon. He gets on my last nerves sometime because he acts like a HUGE kid. But Gemini's become better with age. I've noticed alot of them are gentle fathers also like my boyfriend is with his son, or two of my friend's gemini fathers. They stay in relationships long and get married contrary to the textbook flirty gemini. They let the whole world know their in love too and will let you have everything they have...awww so sweet I want to cuddle my Gemini boyfriend now

But the hard aspects I would say is the difference in communication. details vs the big picture. I would say lifestyles because their more outgoing, BUT gemini's are mutable, so they don't try to force you to be something your not, instead they'll adapt to you.

Natally, I would say no. Gemini and Virgo are both highly nervous signs, so nervous tension sounds hardly appealing. Imagine having Moon square Mercury in these signs? Mind never at rest.....

Hi Indigomoon! Yep! Here we are...The happy Gemini/Virgo couples! Lol. Also I'm an Aquarius moon and he is a Taurus moon and this blends well with each others suns. And yes, he lets me be me! I'm the more outgoing one. We are both quirky. He is so unbelievably devoted too. Our biggest issues are me being all emotional and verbally sexual and he is more aloof about expressing it all and feels it internally. But Virgo and Gemini are known for having potential to be a good match despite the "cook book" definitions saying otherwise.

Also...we recently took a zodiac questionnaire and of the twelve signs he answered more questions related to Virgo, Taurus, and Aquarius and he did not relate much to Gemini. And I related to most of the traits of Scorpio, Aquarius and Leo. Just thought I'd add that...
