Topic: Saturn Transiting the 2nd House

It is in my 1st house now and it has been hell. I don't know what it is but lately all of my relationships have been crumbling and deteriorating and I feel like I am not getting what I want!
When it was in my 12th I fell in love with someone who was unavailable and the love has not been returned...rather, it was returned but in a very odd secretive way and the relationship was never open.Can anyone share their experiences on what happened to them when Saturn transited either the 12th or 1st house? Those two have been hell for me! Also, now Saturn is going to be in my 2nd house very soon! On November 21st to be precise.
What can I expect from this transit? It will activate my pluto and the 8th house through opposition. Does anyone have any Saturn transiting 2nd house stories?

What could it mean though? You would be considering your self-worth, for example? I thought that this also related to the 1st house meaning the self-image as well. IP: Logged |

Well, I'd take it to mean that these areas are where you're going to experience a growth in maturity. Like, handling your finances, finding out the things, or values, that really matter to you, etc. Self-image would be the first house, but the second house builds upon what you gained from that transit and would support the image you built, hence developing your sense of self-worth.I hope I could be of some help, I feel like I'm out of my depth here, lol  IP: Logged |

I am also a Libra rising and Saturn through the 1st house was a similar hell for me! I was so lonely and I just couldnt get anything going relationship-wise. Everything went very poorly. Saturn teaches us lessons, so I think we can expect lessons in the areas of finances, self-worth, the things we want and desire in life (materially)... how exactly is this going to manifest for you? I don't know Saturn is always hovering SOMEWHERE wagging his craggy old finger in our faces, teaching us lessons somehow. If he's not in that house, he's in another. I just want to catch a break in love. Its just been dreariness and disappointment now for years... IP: Logged |

While Saturn through the 12th wasn't a particularly happy time for me, Saturn through the 11th was way worse- I have a stellium of planets in the 11th house and Saturn hit them all in one swoop.Saturn through the 1rst was pretty good for me... and now Saturn going through the second- still pretty good. I don't think it has so much to do with what house saturn is transiting as it has to do with what planets saturn aspects as it moves through a house. IP: Logged |

No, not at all . It's definitly impact the area of 2nd House.
But maybe the alteration of money will mostly noticed by individual. I think It may effect ...
-income : gain or loss is really depend on individual .
-Asset & possession : one could buy a house , car, real-estate investment
-Self image building due to this house rule physical self. The transit is also now in scorpio, in my 2nd house.

12th and 11th were odd and lonely for me but in the 1st I feel like I need to control everything even though I am satisfied with myself, so no self - image issues or anything like that. IP: Logged |

My Sun, Venus and Mercury are in my 2nd house. Last couple years it transited through my 2nd house. When it left, i became a different person - in terms of my self-worth, of my values, of all. I can say thanks to him, though it was hell. IP: Logged |
