I have a fixed grand cross in my natal chart (I also have a lot of T-squares.)Do you have any advice on how to overcome it and harness the energy for good? I feel the grand cross makes me stuck.

You need to post your chart for specifics it'll depend on the planets involved and also the nicer aspects that feed in to/out of the hard aspects.

I'm on a flying visit and don't have time to reply ~ but someone else might in the meantime.
I had a quick look at this chart earlier ~ it does look quite challenging. But you're not stuck...not with a Mars trine Uranus. And that Mercury in the 5th could be useful in giving you a creative outlet for the tension.
