Right now I have Neptune square my ASC and I think about changing my appearance all the time but never do it! Lol. Maybe once Neptune moves past the 5 degree point in Pisces for good?

I think Venus or Pluto conjunct the ASC would definitely inspire some change, esp Pluto. That might be a total self make over with Pluto there.

Pluto over the Asc can bring about a transformation inwardly or outwardly (usually both).

Pretty much look to transits to the first house. Even if they are slower movers (outer planets) in the first, that may be tightly aspecting personal natal planets elsewhere in your chart.

Also anything that might be heavily aspecting your Sun or Venus, even moreso if they reside in your 1st, 5th, 7th, or 10th house.

Yeah it is just so weird, I have had Saturn transiting my 1st house but it is leaving tomorrow however I do not think that saturn is what's causing this. Honestly, during the whole transit I never doubted my looks once but now I am like I want to change I want to change.

"Out with the old and in with the new." So fitting! Especially when talking Saturn (keywords - old, time etc).....youre shaking that old Saturnine layer of skin off and looking for a fresh, new look. Go with it.

Close that 1st house door on old, gloomy Saturn's bum and find a way to freshen up your look.

Is Uranus square your AC yet? Uranus aspecting the AC can make people want to change their appearance.

Also, is anything aspecting your Venus?

Pluto and Neptune transits can cause an appearance change to, especially to Venus or AC ruler.

Personally transit Venus trine my Natal Venus both in Air, Transit Venus trine Natal Neptune, Transit Venus conjunct vertex, transit Sun opposite Asc and Transit NN opposite Asc.

Progressed Venus conjunct Natal Sun and Jupiter

I spent a small fortune in Sephora already......
