Okay I'm not the best example for this because I have this aspect with my mother and it's part of a T-square with Saturn, but.. it's not a good aspect, ime. I'm not sure how it would play out without Saturn in the mix, but we cannot stand each other, especially me (I'm the Pluto & Saturn). I think we have one of the worst relationships a mother and daughter can have. I don't like being in her presence, she grates on my nerves, and while I do understand that she's my mother and there's no "real" reason for me to dislike her so much, I just can't help but being mean to her. As the Pluto person, I have the upper hand and I'm the meanest, coldest one. There are terrible power struggles between us and I always feel like she wants to control me way too much, so I respond by being cold/indifferent. In a romantic situation, I'm not sure how this aspect would play out. But I really doubt it's positive, especially on the long-term. Unless both planets are dignified natally, maybe.. But anyway, the Pluto person is likely to be the one in control and will probably be the one bringing "trouble", so to speak.
