If a planet in the last degree of a sign should I still read it like that or should I read it as the sign its going into? Like if Venus in taurus was in the very last degree would I read it as Venus in taurus or venus in Gemini? Because I've read that planets can be conjunct if there in different signs. Which sign would the person behave like? Do I make any sense at all?
