A method developed by the German astrologer Thomas Ring to schematically illustrate the relationship of hierarchy between planets in a horoscope. A planet's dispositor (the planet ruling the sign in which a particular planet is placed) is shown with an arrow pointing in the direction of this planet, and this planet in turn has an arrow pointing in the direction of any planet placed in the sign it rules and so on. Planets in reception – where each is in the domicile of the other – have arrows pointing towards each other. A planet in its own sign is placed at the beginning of a branch.
http://wiki.astro.com/astrowiki/en/Chain_of_Dispositors Do you pay much attention to how these function in your chart?
Does anyone know if it's especially meaningful when the chain forms a circle?
I have 9H Aries Jupiter
disposited by 11H Gemini Mars
disposited by 6H Aquarius Mercury
disposited by 4H Scorpio Uranus
disposited by 3H Libra Pluto
disposited by 4H Sag Venus
disposited by...
9H Aries Jupiter!
I think this circle covers my communication style pretty well: it's a mixture of delicacy, care, bombast, intensity...and above all, trying to find that balance (Pluto 3H.)
