To me, not in that case, maybe your subconsciousness decided it was time to be physical?

The full moon brings out alot of emotions whether it's fear, attraction, aggression, lust, and jealousy. A full moon effects the ocean and it also effect our vibrations to our environment. We become more sensitive.

Plus maybe your transit was in a good Venus or Mars that made things "hot" and forward going, sex is natural.
