However because I don't know my precise birth time and what I've been told conflicts with what my Rising Sign is.As I said before my dad tells me I was born at 8 PM which would leave me as a Libra Rising while my Mom tells me I was born at 9 PM which would leave me as a Scorpio Rising 8°. Add 23 minutes from exactly 8 PM or if in other words I was born at 8:23 PM in my country of birth, I would be Scorpio Rising 0°.

I already KNOW I am a SCORPIO RISING based on my life events and the traits Scorpio Risers are generally known to have as well as based on physical appearance and health. However I do want to find the exact degree of Scorpio Rising so I could analyze my chart by the Sabian Degrees and I am still nervous at the possibility I may actually be a Libra Rising. I want to make sure all the aspects in my chart are correct.

In addition, I want to know what my correct Secret Animal is (Chinese Astrology placement based on hour of birth). Based on the description of the Chinese Zodiac, I think my Secret Animal is most likely Dog but Chinese Astrology states 9 PM is EXACTLY when the Secret Animal hour from Dog to Pig.

So I want to know exactly so I can finally use my chart for advance Astrology readings.

Can anyone here tell of a method to find one's birth time (birth certificate is fine). I would prefer if I could get the info in an instant and for free.

I would already have requested my birth certificate copy if the process wasn't such a hassle.

I'm already considering using an online database but I'm leery about using my credit card both out of fear of identity theft and because I'm only supposed to use it for school-related stuff.

Can anyone here help?

I dunno if this is possible, but if you were born in a hospital, maybe you could ask if they kept birth records?

You could also try learning birth rectification... though it would take aeons.

Though I've also read about one local astrologer, her name's Leeanne/Lee-anne. Try looking up her info, maybe she could help you in person if you're afraid of online ones.

I've been experimenting with a theoretical method that uses the moon and gestation period. It was invented by an astrologer called Sara (she has a website called sarastrology.com, but it seems to be down). I've got the instructions saved, maybe I could try this method for you? I just learned my PRECISE TIME of Birth and its actually at 9:26.

Still your Recitification technique proved accurate in that it was correct I was born in the Pisces Decan of Scorpio though its 14'58° rather than 19°.

I tried to do the recitification process but got lost half way.

I ask that you:

1)Recitify my new Birth Time

Its 9:26 PM. Yes its on the birth certificate but I'm just curious if I would still be a Scorpio Rising according to the Recitification method. I tried to do it and I think I did something wrong int he steps. I ended up as Cancer Rising with my new birth time.
