I've found this new technique for forecasting and I want to start learning to use it in my forecasting for next year but I don't know if people find it accurate or not. If you use this, is it accurate?

Yes. It gives a good overview, but you still need transits for the finetuning/ activation of natal planets and solar directions, as solar directions are usually valid for a year (orb: 1 degree).
