How to initiate in talking to these people?
I dont mind in initiating a conversation with a complete stranger but I am very shy I have a moon in capricorn and a sun, ascendent in libra with venus in scorpio conjuncting his sun and mars, pluto.

small talk probably won't impress these people. eye contact and smiling will get them to come to you..or be brave and make a witty or interesting observation about something that you can both relate to..or have a dry, morbid sense of humor.

i'm a Capricorn sun, Scorpio Venus and ASC..so i think i'm pretty familiar with that Cap/Scorp combination

Thanks although, its online so i dont think i can do eye contact and etc , on the contrary I can ^_^ make him laugh and talk about photography, can I compliment him about his work and etc ?

Compliments are good if they are genuine -- remember, this is a Scorpio and they will see through superficiality, sooner or later.

With Venus in Capricorn, I think he would be attracted to professionalism, to someone who is financially responsible, who sets and works towards material goals. You could try talking about your plans for the future, especially anything related to money; climbing the corporate latter, starting a business, that kind of thing. He might find it intriguing or impressive.

If you notice that he writes well and/or you like the way he writes, that's something you could compliment him on. Ask him where/how he learned to write. Ask what kind of books he likes to read.

Well you have a similar natal so do/say those things that you would like done/said to you.

Since this is online it would help communication if you had a mercury2mercury aspect. Are your mercuries conjunct in Scorpio by any chance?

No my mercury is in the 12 house (Virgo ) his mercury is in Scorpio ( do not know his time of birth but his degree is 18 degrees) so I guess it's a sextile . Any good??
The thing is I do not know where to start ? He just compliments my photo and liking them saying I look beautiful that's about it.
