Hello there. I'm new and have been browsing your nice Forum. I welcome feedback and advice from you all!

I'm dating this new man and I like him quite a bit. We aren't committed yet...mostly because *I* MUST take things slowly (Venus in Taurus) until I feel secure enough to "fall" for him. We seem to be deeply fascinated by each other and we have the most amazing conversations. We both have deep intuition and it's like we have this mental "power struggle" currently taking place between us to see who will do what first. It's a little exhausting! LOL

He has Venus and Moon in Aquarius...which kinda throws me for a loop because I generally don't feel much of a connection with Air types. Should I be worried about his freedom-loving-everyone-is-my-friend Aquarius side clashing with my Venus-Taurus AND Mars-Cap?? And...how would the sex be? But he is a Sun in Pisces and Mars in Scorpio.

Breakdown of our charts:

Me...
Sun in Aries
Moon Cancer
Libra Rising
Venus Taurus
Mars Capricorn

Him...
Sun in Pisces
Moon in Aquarius
Scorpio Rising
Venus in Aquarius
Mars in Scorpio

Will it all just balance itself out, you think?

Would it be insane to give this a go...or would it be genius because of what we could both teach each other?

What should I look out for?

He seems very open and free yet very deep...he loves to mentor people but he turns to *ME* to get mentored himself when he's tired of leading the world LOL.

Wow! Another Scorpio Mars!!! Keeps the Very Virgo in my life!

Well nothing is impossible, but your energies are so different.

I think your earth may lend you to want to feel comforted, secure especially with your Cancer moon.

He is going to be internally conflicted, as a Pisces, cause like I said earlier it is the ultra-femme energy and he is a man.

That moon and Venus in Aqua will make him emotionally aloof, distant and probably interested in the crazier side of "women."

You'll have to get one of the expert astrologers here to have a look. Can you post a synastry on PR?

I'm actually sort of clueless about synastry! I could definitely use expert help lol.

I'm torn about his Aquarius aspects. On one hand...I think it makes him more of a thinker and less of an emotional mess; But on the other hand...it makes me doubt that he would be able to relate to or understand my Cancer Moon, as you stated. Which worries me because I do NOT enjoy my feelings being dismissed!

Aquarius also makes him spontaneous which appeals to my adventurous Aries side. But my earthy side NEEDS security!! Would his Scorpio side be strong enough to support this??

I don't think Scorpio is very grounded and/or secure.

I have a Taurus moon that is involved in 3 crazy tsquares with my Aqua planets and Uranus. But my bull moon still craves emotional and physical security. And my moon is oppo my asc and it is a VERY strong moon to overcome all of the other fixed energies!

My Scorpio asc is deep, penetrating, even scary sometimes. It can be dark and misleading as "evil" to those who can't handle the Scorpio energy.

It it intriguing but unapproachable.....anything but making one feel secure, perhaps even uncomfortable.

Go to astro.com, do a synastry and beg for help on PR

So astro.com offers synastry charts?? I will check that out.

I am not intimidated by Scorpio energy. I am fascinated by it, I enjoy it's depth, and it turns me ON lol. I like a strong personality, but one that has emotion & heart to it that does NOT come off superficial.

You and my guy share Scorpio-Rising. I believe that you guys can be of either IMMENSE good or evil. If the Scorpio is mature and uses it's powers to do GOOD...there is no other sign more worth knowing IMO.

You get yourself a photo bucket account, if you dont have one, add the chart as a pic.

Then click on the IMG to copy and past on LL.

There is a link here somewhere exactly how to do it.

At work, will get out the ipad in a bit

Hey there! Venus in Aquarius is not so bad guys, come on! Really, I have a Venus in Aquarius, and yeah I'm spontaneous and my friends are a big priority in my life, but my Venus is square my Pluto in Scorpio, so that makes me pretty intense and jealous and possesive. So you should definitely check his natal, if his Venus is aspected and how?

I think you should definitely give it a try, because from your post, you seem to enjoy the company with this guy.
I mean synastry, shows tendencies, you never know how things are gonna work out, right?

He is indeed possessive. But he does not want to be possessed himself!! Wtf lol.

What effect does something being 'squared' have on them? How do I determine it?
