I am going on a date with a guy today, since we've only had contact online, that will be the first meeting.What do you think of the chart?
I see soem good stuff here, 5th house of romance having the Sun which is also the Ascendant ruler. I noticed Venus has a really tight square with neptune, I don't like that, maybe one/both will see something that is not really there, or maybe something is not what it seems. Moon being conjunct the Descendant must be really relevant, and trine Jupiter seems like a joval, friendly first impression, the square that Moon has with Saturn may be related to him having a child from before, perhaps.
Also, I have just got a cold, maybe it will affect the meeting and the chart :P  IP: Logged |

I agree with you on the Venus-Neptune thing.I have never seen before an event chart! So I have to ask you, how this really works?

As you can see the chart is for some hours out, I just put up a chart for the exact moment we agreed to meet. And I believe the chart should say something about first impressions and the immidiate connection between us.
Any help with interpreting it is most welcome, I haven't casted a first meeting chart beforeIP: Logged |

That's so interesting! I'm so sorry I can't help you with the interpretation, but I'm curious as well, hope someone helps us What I think might be even more interesting, is to check the different charts for the different meetings. I mean there must be some significance in the way an event chart about two specific people change as time passes. I mean that it would be interesting to check again on the second, third date, etc IP: Logged |

There is an article on Cafeastrology about first meeting charts. Here's a quote - "I believe that a relationship is imprinted with the energies of a first meeting chart. The first meeting chart is an enlightening tool for relationship analysis, and is particularly useful for understanding where a relationship might be headed".I don't think one can map subsequent meetings the same way. It's the start of the relationship that counts - just like a natal chart is the start of a life. IP: Logged |
