I have noticed I have a kite formation with H9 ( Libra) - with Pluto in
H11 (Sag) - with Neptune in with
and
my H7 ( Leo ) with Venus, Mercury, Sun and Saturn
Anyone knows how to interpret this?

it`s not a Kite, it`s a minor triangle.
A Kite is made up of a Grand trine (three planets being trine each other), and one of these planets has an opposition to another planet, which is sextile to the other two planets of the Grand Trine.
Example: Grand Trine between: 15° Aries
15° Leo
15° Sagittarius with another planet being on 15° Libra for example. A minor triangle is made up of a trine and two sextiles. It is basically a harmonious configuration, but may not be as dynamic as the Kite, which also has one dynamic aspect (the opposition). "Minor Grand Trine
One or more Planets Sextile two or more Planets in Trine to each other This is a common triangular formation, made up of two Sextiles and a Trine. The Planet/s that Sextile the others could help to make the Trine more conscious and its opportunity for fulfilment more obvious to the individual. This Configuration is sometimes more active than the somewhat static Grand Trine formation, where talents and opportunities are often taken too much for granted or even ignored."

Okay...so it's a minor triangle..A minor triangle is made up of a trine and two sextiles. It is basically a harmonious configuration, but may not be as dynamic as the Kite, which also has one dynamic aspect (the opposition). What do you mean by it not be as dynamic as the kite? I have Sun, Mercury, Venus, Saturn all sextile Pluto..neptune trine mercury, venus and saturn. Neptune sextile pluto IP: Logged |

It is also called "talent triangle", there is a lot of potential with these small triangles, but they have to be "kickstarted" and you have to be consciously developing the inherent talents.The "kickstart" usually happens through dynamic aspects, especially the square or even opposition.
Maybe you could check if your talent triangle got activated in the past, when there were important transits square or opposite or conjunct one of the planets.
