Her moon tightly conjunct saturn suggests she is very very emotionally reserved and will find it hard to express emotions, she'll be very sensitive and closed off, but once you get pass the hard shell, she'll be mushy.

Don't expect her to be like Gemini where they proclaim their feelings dramatically, she'll be the 'actions speak louder than words' type and will rather show it than talk about it.

She appears assertive, tough, strong willed because of the sun conjunct mars and might have a bad temper and can be quite temperamental due to the moon square mars.

I noticed she also has moon conjunct uranus at a larger degree, this suggests she might like space and feel like she can do her own thing. Don't ever smother or she'll run a mile.

Oh and the control issue is a big part of having Scorpio and Virgo placements. Losing control equals potentially being vulnerable which therefore equals having the potential to be lied and betrayed. If you're in control of your emotions and how you express it, you are therefore more protected. I don't however like how testy Scorpio placement people can be, it gets frustrating and is really messed up at times.
