Do you find you are extremely empathetic, sometimes to your own detriment? Prone to reacting before thinking? Drowning in your own thoughts/emotions sometimes?

Or is it just me?

Yes to first,no to reacting before thinking,more like acting "properly" without knowing why,and the cause unfolds itself later,no to emo drowning,but I have been known to overload,so my body reacts to it in strong manner.
Then again,this happens rarely,since I vent through art,and my Fire Mars helps to get the tension out by various physical activities. - my conj is in Capricorn.

I knew a Leo with moon conj. Neptune. He was very intuitive. He was kind of a loner and I'm not sure what he did in his spare time (besides drink) but he would help anyone that needed it. It was easy to guilt him into helping.

That makes sense. I have no physical outlet and I am not musically/artistically inclined either.

I have Leo asc. & I have a lot of Leo qualities. I would also describe myself as easily convinced into helping or doing something unpleasant (e.g. babysitting my friend's wild toddlers).

I have Moon conjunct Neptune. I am very sensitive. Especially when I was younger. Someone could tell me to shut up and I would start crying. I have shown signs of psychic abilities, but I don't think I'm there yet. I do react without thinking every now and then, but I would blame that on my Mars squaring Uranus. I do enjoy painting, drawing, singing and writing poetry. Escapism? Occasional smoker. I think I'm pretty empathetic and I find myself playing the role of a therapist for a lot of people. And yes, I do hold a lot of emotions in and feel misunderstood and lonely at times.

I agree with all the above statements, but i want to highlight the downside of this placement, no offence to anybody.
But confusion can range in these people, forgetfullness and dishonesty. Maybe too much fantasy. I find them hard to deal with because of this.

Empathetic, yes; prone to escapism and addiction, though I try to fight it best I can; very idealistic (of course since it's in Sag); not psychic but sensitive, sometimes - I can detach as well, I presume it's because of the sextile they make to Saturn.
