If one wanted to use a chart to get off to a good start in the new year, make the most of one's opportunities etc., which one would you suggest?Would it be a solar return or a transit chart? I did get a solar return from astrology.com but as this suggests so many alternative interpretations, it isn't particularly helpful. For example, it says that Saturn is in the 5th house - this could mean many things: lack of ease with oneself, or being more self-critical, or needing to be more organised/consistent/less lazy, or less time for one's relationship as in fewer opportunities to be together with one's partner and so on.
So, would consulting an astrologer be the only way to getter better answers?
Btw, I had a vedic astrologer draw up my natal chart about a year ago, which says that my life has now entered a Mercury phase which spells good fortune for 17 years. Great! I had even less astro knowledge then and didn't ask how these phases worked.
Any ideas what one should be looking at for improvements in one's career?
