Funny thing is I've had 2 stalkers...one a double cap the other a double scorpGuess who still(7 years later, I moved & changed my number) pops up now and again with some fictitious FB befriending my friends and trying to make everyone believe he's not who he really is? Double Cappy!! Double scorp (3 years later, I have the same number but he doesn't know where I live) will pop up every once in awhile at my work, ask me to meet him later I say no, he leaves and sends a hateful message from a number I don't recognize...then I hear nothing for awhile. So....Cappy's scare me more than Scorp! IP: Logged |

I agree. I think Scorp can be very childish, especially the unevolved ones. Caps are very practical so when they really decide to screw you over, they are completely healthy; they wouldn't sacrifice for your pain but you are left with not even one escape. if you screw over a cap enough to make him/her go there, you might as well deserve it though ... Scorps on the other hand can get mad at very little things

I haven't found Caps that intense, generally speaking, though typically very stable and also generally more intelligent (probably more from perseverance than aptitude, that is they make more use of what they got than others do). Though Scorpios tend to know how to manipulate people better (including the dirty tricks if they're so inclined) Caps tend to be better at straight up office politics. They're inclined to screw you if you cross them but they generally won't inconvenience themselves or risk their own gains to do so as a Scorpio would. They're also much less likely to take competition or debate personally. I did know one Cap who was very similar to an unevolved Scorpio (paranoid, spiteful, vengeful, very strong feelings who felt easily betrayed) but I don't know the specifics of his chart. Yet even so he was clueless to human nature (like many Caps in my observation he had a lot more knowledge than sense, but unlike most caps he even sucked at regular people playing, let alone how Scorpio can do it). He was also more stoic than Scorpio in all but a few matters. I was curious how he'd get along with my unevolved Scorpio mom...my mom was exactly the kind of woman he looked for (shallow blonde beauty with strong femininity) but Mom...if inclined to accept his advances (which she'd only do if he had something she wanted, which could be something intangible and only incidentally related to him but he'd believe all of Mom's lies) would have him wrapped around her finger and consider him a fool (more so than most men)...granted, this specific Cap was extremely knowledgeable about some matters (downright geeky when it came to weapons and armor of any kind and any age as well as plenty of classical authors, similar to another Cap I knew interesting enough though the other Cap wasn't otherwise like him) but Mom would be bored to tears to listen to him (on the plus side for him she might lay him just to shut him up so he wouldn't be the virgin he says he is), and I expect Mom would get bored of him faster than usual...he'd be completely unprepared when Mom told him to get lost (in probably some sadistic way so he fully understood her contempt for him)... I could see him stalking her and quite possibly attacking (this isn't how most Caps seem to me, however), though of course Mom would use both legal and informal (including sending some guys after him) means to make sure he was destroyed first and while Mom would be about helpless if he attacked her directly, he'd be completely unprepared for Mom's own ability to destroy him through indirect means as his mind can't handle such diabolical plotting that includes manipulating people (which he himself could never do, he thinks far too plainly and often too literally, and his paranoia doesn't help, Mom would find him all too easy to manipulate along with everyone else). I expect Mom would win against him...unless I, for some reason, were to prepare him against my mom (and he believed me, which he might not as he could be very stubborn in the way of stalkers who aren't grounded in reality at all) in which case he'd probably kill her...but he'd never get away with it (it would be an open question to me if he'd suicide, "suicide by cop," or go to prison after). If Mom ruined him first, however, she'd almost certainly get away with it (and if she had to throw someone under the bus to do so she'd probably consider that a bonus, but that Cappie guy probably wouldn't throw someone else under the bus to save himself--though I think some other Cappies would). Scorpio is the most compatible sign for Capricorn - when looking at same-planet aspects... so Sun2Sun, Moon2Moon, Mercury2Mercury and so on. Imo you won't find a better friend than a person with a Scorpio planet sextile that same planet in Capricorn, in your own chart. I have Moon and Mars in Capricorn and my most compatible relationships are hands down with Moon and Mars in Scorpio. The signs are not extremely similar. Capricorn is definitely much colder on an emotional level, but they have *so* much in common - and there is so much trust and loyalty in the connection between them. Their differences are very complementary.
What's interesting is also that, these two always seem to find each other, mainly when they go through difficult times. I often hear stories like... either the Capricorn-influenced person or the Scorpio person swore off relationships before they finally met each other and felt like they found someone they can truly connect with. They're both driven and serious and don't flinch at the dark side of the world.I think scorpions and capricorns are each others best match in a natal and synastry. Very few people can pull a Saturnian person out of their shell but a Scorpio definitely could. A cap Scorpio mix I think would amplify the best aspects of both signs in a person. Caps are intense. They're just really careful in showing it. Some have an inner intensity that they never show because they never find anyone worthy enough or that hey can trust enough. Scorpios are careful too but they are itching to find a mate to show their intensity to and will do so if they feel it's ok. A Capricorn might never feel like it's ok. IP: Logged |

I like this thread I have thought about these two signs in relation to my chart. I'll try not make this like a personal ad.I have Mars, Saturn and Pluto in Scorpio conjunct the good ol' MC whilst Neptune, Jupiter and Venus in Capricorn reside in my first house. So, I suppose you could say I have a flavour of both. I'm super hard working and put a **** -load of energy into my career; I love the responsibility of supporting my family either emotionally, financially and physically. Capricorn? I need routine; I keep fit and eat well. I become extremely snappy when I'm in active for any period of time. Capricorn or Scorp? Confrontational; love a physical test, ever since I was a child. Scorpio or Cap? I can hold a grudge for a lifetime no matter how big or small I have be slighted; however, this is something I am consciously working on - I don't want to be a sad lonely old fu(ker who can't let things go. Cap or Scorp? Extreme tunnel vision, but I find this a dynamic aspect to my personality as it helps me achieve goals. Cap/Scorp? Anyway, there's loads more I could mention; however, I'm bored of this Cap/Scorpio Shyte, now. Ahahahaa And the reaction your art student Scorpio has is like... The reaction all art students have. No matter what their sun or moon sign. also it's cultural. Out culture values following your dreams and says that pursing something just for the money is shallow and oh so lame. So of course 99 percent of people will say they would rather be poor and follow their passions than rich. I mean, that's what everyone says. I thought about this today... Blame uranus!I think capricorn is much less tolerant than scorpio. Scorp wants your love. Cap wants love, but you gotta make them look good too. And many are opportunists.
