A close friend of mine has his venus at nine degrees capricorn and pluto is just exactly upon it at this time...he is wondering how this transit will manifest?? He has no idea of his birth time Her natal venus is conjunct neptune by a three degree orb. Can anyone shed any light on what may happen with this transit??

So is it "he" or "she"? She might find men attractive who are more powerful than her. Neptune may polish this possible relationship into a more equal direction. She will find it helpful to overcome the unrealistic picture she holds of opposite sex, or opposite sexual energies.
