when a person's planets fall in one of your houses they activate that area in your life, so basically *you* are the one affected .

Now I don't understand why when it comes to the 8H, the tables are turned :/ many people say that it is the planet's person who gets affected .... no proofs or experiences.

ONLY for those who experienced this aspect or have an interesting piece of information ... please enlighten me with your input! and be honest

Both are effected; but the 8th house person is more the "active" one and the planet person is the "passive" energy.

I made a thread about 8th house synastry a bit ago but I didn't get any replies.

It doesn't make the difference, the both parties are affected.
It would be within theoretical reasoning to suppose that the house person feel the impact more,as receptive part of the relation, not having an active energy like planets do.
However,I noticed when Asc/Planets in play, the asc does come across as stronger, more relevant, for the lack of better term. Now that's Asc very important,so things may change to a lesser degree when dealing with succedent & cadent houses.
Planet person loves that sense of familiar and "just right" but subtle sentiment that doesn't require much to show - they love being understood*. It depends on their natal how strong they'll hold onto it. Not everybody is enthraled with H8 themes.

Edit: * understanding makes room the lack of boundaries, liberating, therefore the "intense" side of it.

I agree. I had my fall into someone's 8 house and he had Pluto-Venus in Scorpio in his 12th house and he felt very threatened and uncomfortable, so did the ASC-Pluto person!

This is true. People who don't have planets in the 8th natally and/or Pluto aspecting a luminary, typically don't like the energy and find it scary and suffocating and they can't handle it.

You have to look at the person's natal chart to get an idea of if they're Plutonic and familiar with the energy themselves, to get some sense of how well they will (or won't) deal with it.

Not everybody can handle that level of intimacy and depth - some just want a fun screw-fest and someone to cook and clean for them.

funny thing is , I have almost zero plutonion energy in my chart and I'm not intimidated whatsoever by this energy ... but he has scorpio moon conjunct his pluto ( and scorpio ASC) and and he is the one who got freaked out :/

I love 8th house and its dark energies it pulls me more to that person and excites me, Pluto does nothing but sextile Jupiter and I have a Scorpio MC. Uranus-Moon and Uranus as 3nd dominate helps as wanting to be "excited" by "creepy" things.. . If it helps I come from two Plutonian parents

i have been on both ends -- the planet person and the house person. things seem to go more smoothly when their planets fall into my 8th house rather than the other way around.

i had my sun, moon, mars, and pluto fall into her 8th house. needless to say that i acted out of character. like I did not know who or what I was feeling so i ran away. lol.

not sure what you really want to know.
