His Mars is in Scorpio. Your Sun is in Taurus. Assuming the same houses, Your Sun is Opposite his Mars. This is an aspect of immense passion.

As a Cap I can be cautious at first if I'm not sure how interested someone actually is, plus his venus is in Aqua as is mine and sometimes I will stand back as a "friend" until I'm really sure. Also maybe he is slightly intimidated by you since you're older... I would say if you make the first move in a Taurus/Pisces moon sweet sort of way he would probably be very impressed and I'm sure you would get the response you're looking for.. If he wasn't interested you would know because he would probably either be indifferent or much more friendly because of possibly being oblivious to your attraction (Aqua venus lol) But anyway once a Cap gives you the green light we don't tend to play the whole withholding game and even if we act cautious at first it really doesn't freak us out if someone we're interested in is being blunt (at least it doesn't for me)

And yes YTA is right about Sun opp Mars, it is amazing, you should go for it. The power struggles do start to set in eventually but somehow that just adds to the passion... like sure we can argue over who is in control but it's nothing that can't be worked it out in the bedroom lol

He also has Aqua Venus & Mars. Now, the Aqua Venus gets a bad rap, but it's not bad with a Cappy sun. I find he is quite balanced this way and doesn't take life so seriously. *shrugs* Also, he can be aloof/detached at times, but I think his Gemini moon makes him more articulate & expressive than he would normally be.

Anyway, he invited me to a "friend" hangout because he said I was a cool person. I actually believed him at first because he is super good at his poker face. But being on facebook gave him the courage to make little comments on my photos to see how I would react. He PM'd me and said something like "ooooh two compliments in one day, maybe I should stop". But I asked him not to stop.

My point is, he may be needing you to make the move here. Cappys can be very reserved.

Hey no problem sorry for the delayed response...
I think just from an outside perspective and from what you're saying he is most likely still interested. Imo the weirdness around you says it all lol. Maybe his practical Cap side has sized up the situation and decided he doesn't want to be too forward considering he doesn't know you're separated and also doesn't want to strain a professional relationship... So I would say you're right you really have nothing to lose by at least letting him know, you should go for it!! A note could be a good idea because it could take the awkwardness out of catching him off guard and would give him time to gather his thoughts and respond when he's ready...

Anyway good luck and let us know how it goes if you decide to make a move lol. I have a feeling it could go well!
