I wouldn't look into Sextiles. To me thats just reaching. Look for more connections to personal planets(Sun, Moon, Venus, ASC) with conjunctions/oppositions/squares. I personally only look at conjunctions and oppositions when it comes to Vertex.

Conjunctions and oppositions are the most potent aspects for sure. Personally, I actually have noticed trines and sextiles to my Vertex quite strongly. Especially in transit. There was one phone call I had that changed my life during a natal Vertex trine transiting Moon aspect. Trines and sextiles to the Vertex a less dramatic then the hard aspects but they do still have an effect. All the aspects have an effect some just stand out more then others.

I realize this is about synastry but...

I have Vertex in Scorpio in the 5th house with my Pluto in Scorpio singleton, and they're conjunct.

My Vertex also opposes my moon in Taurus, just like my Pluto.

Does this mean it'll be hard to get along with people who are physically attracted to me, or that I won't be emotionally attracted to them?

Or even worse that it'll be this all consuming suffocating kind of attraction?

I have someone on my radar. His Vertex is conj my moon, vertex and opposite my sun, Venus, mercury, Saturn and Ceres.

Which means his Anti-Vertex is conj my Sun, Venus, merc, Saturn and Ceres and opposite my moon.

I would think it spells a HOT attraction. Not just physical but like you're addicted to them.

I would guess that Vertex is addicted because Pluto is immune to its own energy.
