how do you 'read' a natal aspect like this...

0'10 Venus in Aqua, retrograde

is it read as a person who is 'very' venus in aqua? minimally venus in aqua? or somewhat venus in capricorn?

That's Zero degrees, 10 minutes, Rx

If this is a Natal aspect you are firmly in Aquarius, but there is the chance it will Rx back into Capricorn.

I say this in case you're talking about a Progressed placement.
