Let's say an event chart's North Node conjuncts your Natal Venus/Neptune conjunction. Would that signify an important moment or day for the Natal?What are your experiences with this aspect? There's more to the question, I'd like to hear some of your responses first :-) ------------------

Well, the transiting node was conjunct her Natal Venus/Neptune conjunction. Her North Node also conjuncts my Ascendant exact in synastry. We were together for the first time in 25 years during that transit.I wanted to know if anyone else got with someone important in their life during one of those transits. ------------------

When the t.Node North was conj my Venus last I learned that an ex of mine was going to be in town later in the year and planned to meet up with him then, which I ended up doing. Also had solar eclipse on my Venus super tight, we connected ah-may-zingly.IP: Logged |

when tr. nn conjuncted my venus back in may '97 i dated a guy i wasn't interested in at all for about three weeks. then i met a guy who, in my eyes, became very first boyfriend. i dumped the other guy for this one. it was love at first sight. his birthday is four days before mine so our venuses are about 8 degrees apart. we dated for four weeks then abruptly broke up. when transiting NN conjuncted his venus...he went back to his ex-girlfriend. yes, story of my life. tr. nn conjuncting my venus sucked (if i had the guts to say no to my friends who set me up with the first guy it might have gone better..) and tr. NN conjuncting my first proper boyfriend's venus led to our demise and him back to his ex. dramas. i didn't have the guts to say no whenever i was uncomfortable or pressured about anything. i am a different person partly because of this. trust issues surfaced from this encounter though but i've spent a fair amount of time dealing with that too. i'm betting the next transit (2015) will be either just as dumb or completely unnoticable. hope other people have had a better time with it  IP: Logged |

When tr NN conjunct my Venus I fell in love for the first time.
I also found trines to be significant, and when NN was trine my Venus I started an important relationship. The second time it trine my Venus nothing happened but I also had tr Uranus opposite Venus in the same time so there were limited chances for something meaningful, I guess. IP: Logged |

Does anyone else have any experience on this? I have transit NN conjunct my natal Venus next year in May as well as having this in my SR next year... I'm not really looking forward to it. Just some more karmic crap to deal with I suspect..IP: Logged |

I would expect the NN to be positive. If it's moving back to Gemini, then I will experience this, as it reaches the beginning of the sign. Conjunct my Moon, Venus, and SN.IP: Logged |

The guy (I posted our charts in interpersonal section) had the SN conjunction with his Venus, Sun, Moon. So here we are with my Venus closely conjunct his SN and Pluto. The last time the North Node was in Gemini, was apparently on my birthday in 2003. I loved that year, and I enjoyed my birthday. It was conjunct my Moon/Venus/SN before it left the sign (since they move backwards). I didn't fall in love, but I loved life. I just felt happy. I also had Uranus conjunct my Mars, square Moon/Venus/Nodes, and trine Uranus/ascendant. It was a mostly fun time. The negative: six months before, was when my brother-in-law hit on me for the first time, and started to cause trouble for me. That holiday season wasn't good, but it was mostly pushed into the background after February 2003. His Mars is conjunct my Moon/Venus/SN, so the NN activated that. I truly hope that nothing like that happens again, when the NN hits the same area, in the next two years or so. I'm back at the point where I don't want to think about astrology, with things like this, plus Saturn/Pluto about to square Ceres/Chiron/Sun (it's already a wide-ish square, and the articles make me nervous). Also negative: the Iraq war. Nothing about that was good, and it started the month before the NN left the sign. I don't know how it hit charts for the US or the rest of the world. IP: Logged |

This thread was awesome! Because i hadnt noticed this transit earlier.I met this girl at a new years eve party at 2000-2001.
We dated a few times but for various reasons things didnt go anywhere. Fast forward to august of 2002 we bumped in to each other one late summer night and this time we didnt leave each other for 10 years. I dont remember the exact date we met again, but transit node was exactly in conjunction with my natal venus at august 7-8th Edit: I will leave this for reference to those who tries to practice predictive astrology. I included the synastry chart as well. This is my solar return for 2002 and progressions for my birthday that year. I think that the SR explains it self. Noteworthy progressions i think is prog Venus to natal moon and progressed moon on the way over the 7th cusp. SR 2002:

My 1st transit of N.Node conjunct natal Venus was in late late 1984/early 1985 I began high school at a different type of school a couple months after moving to a new area. Neptune was reinforcing the transit by being closely quincunx natal Venus during that period.2nd transit ... early to middle 2003 I attended a summer leadership conference that I believe was in the last week of July. NN was less than 1.5° past natal Venus on the start date of the week long conference. Great time with great teachers and peers. Sun was sextile and parallel natal Venus on the first day (Sunday). ------------------
