Can someone help me find a solution?

I'm a solar Capricorn with a Scorpio moon. My Mars is in Cancer and Venus in Pisces. They form a grand trine. I have no fire in my chart and the only air I carry is my Aquarius Saturn.

I'm an emotional wreck.
I think my main issue is my Scorpio moon, because it's fixed so it's hard to get over things.

People always say they don't know what to expect from me. One day I'm sad and other I'm bouncing off the walls.

In school I was always made fun of for it and folks called me "bipolar". I'm just easily irritated.

Whenever the moon is in Pisces I get really moody.
I'm like that too. My SCorpio friend with a Cancer moon is extremely like that... she'll be crying about something deep to me but then she'll be cracking jokes. I'm just like.. wut?o.o

Capricorn Sun/Scorpio Moon/Pisces Mars/Scorpio Venus....I have actually been diagnosed as bipolar in the past, haha so I understand. My only air is Chiron in retrograde. I'm mostly water, then earth, small amount of fire. I think that is you get older and learn more about yourself it will get easier. Perhaps you are an empath? I know I have trouble tapping into my Capricorn energies because I get watered down in other people's emotions and I cannot separate what is mine and what is theirs. I think there is a benefit though.

my moon is in cancer too...am very emotional...don't take criticism lightly, and I can get super duper sensitive when someone I care says something that for me is 'not nice'..which I have learned to control now..some people gets a kick out of my tendency to react emotionally..but I don't swing from moods that fast..

My mood swings are action/reaction though.
People never get that.

My trouble is once I'm fixed on anger its hard for me to come out of it.

It will definitely get easier when you get older.

By the way, why does everyone think that having changing emotions automatically means one is mentally ill, or abnormal in some way? We're human. Reacting to events is normal. Feeling down sometimes is normal. Don't create pseudo-illnesses and obsess over them.

I know it seems weird to feel uber happy or uber sad for no real reason, all of a sudden, but guess what, the majority of people experience that.

Now, if it really makes your life a living hell, and if you take poor decisions or act poorly because of it, okay, that's another matter and some help would be useful.

But look, don't put yourself into a box.
Just because you have a fixed Scorpio Moon doesn't mean you're doomed to have extreme mood swings and hold grudges forever.

If you're aware of what makes your life difficult, try and change it. When a creepy feeling comes up, you don't have to fight it, but you don't have to dwell in it, either. Accept it, try to understand where it's coming from, express it, and move on.

Believe it or not, few people are actually "emotionally stable". We just all learn to hide our true emotions and go with the flow.

Forgive and accept - yourself and others.

I'm moody! Kinda. Something might change my mood and then it hangs around like that until something else changes it.

It can also be a dietary thing.

Sugar is notorious for causing mood swings, but we can fine-tune our moods even further if we're attentive to how things affect us.

My favorite book on food and mood is Ayurvedic Cooking for Westerners. Cook Your Way to the Life You Want by Christina Pirello is another good one.

Right!

I have an 8H moon, Scorpio NN and have had tendencies toward obsessing over things that weren't really worth the mental energy.

What especially helped me was reading Exkhart Tolle's books and learning how to disconnect from my mind.

I have been working on a friendlier, less judgmental communication style. I have probably sounded snappy and bossy in the past.

Goatcat, are you a Cat in Vietnamese astrology, aka Chinese Rabbit?

I am a Cap/Rabbit. Suzanne White says in her book The New Astrology that Cap Rabbits are "not the kings of tact." People forgive us for blurting out weird cr*p, usually, when they see how much we a) didn't mean to come off like that, and b) will laugh at ourselves in embarrassment when we realize how we came across.

Your honesty, for example, is endearing.

Thank you!
I hate to disappoint but no, I'm goatcat because I'm a Capricorn that likes cats haha

Most users on here assume that though but my eastern zodiac is Rooster. I'm a youngin' born in the good year of '93.

OMG I'm so old, 1993?? Really it's like I'm talking to my nieces. I'm 37.

They say Rabbits and Roosters hate each other but I have always been almost, like, fatally attracted to them. So I married one.

Cap Rooster wow...that's a mastermind combo. You must be a lot more knowledgeable than you are letting on with your sneaky Scorp moon.

Edit: ^ textbook example of a Cap Rabbit accidentally sounding insulting, maybe. I meant, for all your talk about moodiness...and other humble things you say...I'll bet you are extremely intelligent.

37 is so young...
But thank you and what you said wasn't insulting at all.

I wonder what sign my boyfriend would be. I despise him and love him at the same time. We really have that Capricorn/Aries rivalry thing going on haha

Capricorn Rooster is a mastermind combo? Thanka I gotta look into it!
But I have taken a glance on that New Astrology book, too

Does you Mars form an opposition aspect to your solar Sun?

Mars in Cancer is a very sensitive position to have as emotions are almost always heightened(due to the Mars effect). And one feels and acts all at the same time.

The opposition with Mars could make you a very diffrent kinda Capricorn who often "acts" on their feelings.

Solar Cap always wants to structure their lives(including their emotions) into useful, manageable parts but the opposition to Mars in highly sensitive Cancer could be making this a challenge indeed.

Have you tried competitive sports or some type of physical contact sports?

The Mars energy often wants to just express itself and, with the solar Sun in Capricorn, it may benefit you to put this "expression" in a more constructive fashion(in typical Capricorn style).

My Mars is not opposite the sun BUT, my Mars is...retrograde.

When I saw that in my chart I was so bummed.
